First the positives....The K-Iced Single Serve model is a good looking stylish space-saving machine that makes good reliable hot coffee the way most Keurigs do. Now the negative: The Ice Coffee feature is a bogus feature that as far as I can tell is a button that does nothing. It was my understanding that when one presses the "Ice Coffee" feature, the coffee is supposed to cool down, not get cold but cooler than the hot coffee. As far as I can tell, the Ice Coffee is as hot as the hot coffee so in essence, you are pouring hot coffee over a glass of ice. So, if you are like me, and the "Ice Coffee" feature is an important selling point, then I would recommend passing on this model.

This coffee maker is very compact, efficient and well designed. It was cery affordable and has all the different options on it that i could possibly want

Purchased for our oldest daughter who just moved into a studio apartment with limited space. She said it works great and she loves it. Really like that it has both regular and iced coffee settings and super easy to use.

Slim in size works great , for some reason the pump went out before the year was up so get the warrantee , lightly used

What I love: the water tank is removable/ washable. The coffee pod holder is removable/washable. The cup holder is same as above. What I dislike: If you want strong coffee, you need two pods for each cup of coffee. If you choose 8 oz. of water, that's two gulps of coffee. The previous model you added water, without measurements. By the second cup, you knew the amount it needed to make an acceptable cup of coffee. The coffee is never HOT enough. Lukewarm at best. Overall, the previous model was better. It's over priced, and as soon as you buy it and use it, you miss the old model, even though it had a small water tank on top that was not removable. This model also assumes that you can't figure out that you can convert hot coffee into iced coffee by adding ice cubes. In short, you are dumb. I bought this model just because I could remove the tank and wash it out. That's it. The K-Iced name is very insulting. I encourage Keurig to re-name it. I would buy the previous model in a heart beat. I tried to find one, Not even a used one was found. So I bought a perculator. This is a piece of plastic junk. I am very disappointed.

My wife and I recently moved and purchased this due to spacing restrictions. It has a great brew size selection, a strong option, and you can even make iced coffee! The one we had before this one was missing the strong option, and its definitely something we missed! We haven't used the iced option yet so i cant comment on that. The only "negative" thing I have to say about this machine, is that if you're using it for two people, you're going to be refilling the water pretty often compared to other Keurig's out there. However, we got this on sale, and it has everything we were looking for, so we're happy with the overall purchase!

I love this Keurig and use it exclusively for ice coffee. I use the k-cup twice for a large cup, let it sit a little while to cool down and it’s perfect. It’s an easy machine, doesn’t take much room in the counter. I use it everyday.

Works just fine. Bought this one as it was available and a little smaller than the one the broke.

This is a great Keurig machine that wont take up too much counter space. The machine warms up the water quickly and brews coffee quietly. I would recommend this machine for someone who doesnt mind Keurig coffee and wants a small and no frills, relatively cheap coffee brewer.

A perfect size for that random cup or latte. I love that it’s streamlined to be tucked in a cabinet until needed. Water heats quickly and reservoir is generous, holding several cups. Easy to clean.

Absolutely love this for everyday use. I’m the only coffee drinker in my home so I love that I’m able to grab a cup quick on demand and I’m not wasting full pots of coffee and in comparison to larger models, I love that this is compact, efficient and easy to clean.

Bought this for going up to college and I got a great price on it and works amazing! Would recommend getting reusable K-Cups so you have a wider variety of coffee you can make if you’re up to it.

Love the new Keurig! We had our old Kerig for 15 years and decided to get a new one. The old one still worked, just took up a lot of space. The new one takes up very little space on the counter and makes a perfect cup of hot or iced coffee.

This is the 3rd Keurig coffee maker we purchased. Like the previous two, we are very satisfied with this one. We preferred it for the office due to its slim and compact size. Has a great capacity, hot/cold options and quickness

Very nice. Makes coffee faster than my old larhe keurig. Small so doesn't take up too much counter space. Haven't used the ice feature yet. Would be nice if it came with slider that fits it. My old one is a little short but works.

It makes wonderful hot and iced coffee. I absolutely love mine and cant start my day without it. Doesnt take up too much space which helps when in a small office like mine. 10 outta 10 would recommend. Especially for college students. :D

Hot or iced, ready in a jiffy. Best coffeemaker I've purchased in a long time. Even with reservoir, takes up very little counterspace and looks great.

Three very disappointing things: 1. To make Ice coffee or tea, when you push the button with the "COLD" cup on it, it brews half the amount of HOT coffee or tea so that you can put ice in it. I didn't need a machine to do that. 2. Use it two times and you have to refill the container on the back. So, I'm back to filling my cup with water, but instead of pouring it in the top, I now pour it in the container. Didn't need a new machine to do that. 3. It's nearly impossible to clean the inside where the main K-cup holder belongs. I tried Qutips and a tooth brush. It's sill awkward to get the inside clean. I use it - didn't return it but I use it just like my old machine.
