    I guess I thought it would fit my moms knock off keurig since the k cups fit it but it didn't

    When I was at Best Buy, they had a Keurig rep there to answer consumer questions. I purchased a whole system including the Carafe, machine and filter. We specifically asked the Keurig rep if this reusable filter worked with the Carafe. I explained my parents situation and she responded with: "absolutely, I use it all the time with my machine and my carafe". Needless to say, that was a lie! Ours never worked and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it so I called Keurig directly. I again explained my situation to the rep on the phone and she claims this filter has never worked and continues to not work with the carafe. It's "not supported". Had the original rep explained that to us, we would've gone with a different model. She wanted to get her commission (as she claimed she got paid for every unit sold) so she was dishonest with us. I know Best Buy employees don't get commission. She worked directly for Keurig.

    Went thru 2 off these. Filters coffee great. Does it's job. But don't ever drop it. The top lid has a delicate ridge that shatters easily. I'm still able to use it for the time. But they need a stronger plastic.

    Bought this trying to save some money on the cups, but on first use, the coffee was weak. When I emptied it, half of the grounds were still dry. Ended up buying the cups anyways.

    This was for the newer Keurig 2.0 and what I needed was for the original. I had no problems returning for a refund but the store didn't have what I needed.

    Not really overly happy with the product. It is hard to clean the grounds from the filter. I only use it when I forget to buy the k-cups

    Screen openings allow fine coffee to clog Keurig
