I purchased a whole system including the Carafe, machine and filter. We specifically asked the Keurig rep if this reusable filter worked with the Carafe. I explained my parents situation and she responded with: "absolutely, I use it all the time with my machine and my carafe". Needless to say, that was a lie! Ours never worked and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it so I called Keurig directly. I again explained my situation to the rep on the phone and she claims this filter has never worked and continues to not work with the carafe. It's "not supported". Had the original rep explained that to us, we would've gone with a different model. She wanted to get her commission (as she claimed she got paid for every unit sold) so she was dishonest with us. I know Best Buy employees don't get commission. She worked directly for Keurig.

The top lid has a delicate ridge that shatters easily. I'm still able to use it for the time. But they need a stronger plastic.

Screen openings allow fine coffee to clog Keurig
