Nice and quiet but I am not a fan on how the vegetable drawers pull out. They don't seem very strong.

My girlfriend likes this style fridge. Not my first choice, but it's her kitchen, The fridge works great, very quiet and really no complaints.

So far works good. I like the ice maker. Like how it tells you how much water you’re filling. Definitely louder than my last one.

Love this fridge because it's a little more compact and it doesn't stick out much but at the same time everything so easy to get to inside

This product provides a nice all around space--both freezer and refrig. It is quiet. Most all the refrigerators out there have motors that run all the time and/or ice makers that make noice--this one is great. The ice dispenser is odd. Splatters all over. Very happy with this product.

This refrigerator met all of our requirements - stainless steel, counter depth, door fully opens no wider than refrigerator body, etc. It only has one flaw, and that's not a problem now that we know about it: One of the crisper drawers had a fairly sharp edge in the hand-hold pull-out; my wife managed to slightly cut a finger on it the first time she opened the drawer. All the other drawer hand-holds had rounded edges. The functions all perform as advertised, with good ice-making capability being important to us.

I love the look of my new kitchen aid counter depth fridge. The set up inside and the lighting are great. The counter depth makes it so food doesn’t get “lost” in the back. The drawers provide adequate space for fruits and veggies as well as lunch meats and cheese.

Well, just got it recently, but for now, it is awesome. Love it. Very very quiet, unlike some other high efficiency" fridges. They reason the others are noise, as I understand it, they use cheaper motors. This one is AMERICAN MADE!!!! Love it for now!

Like it!! The fridge is quiet. Enough Space for small family.

I purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy last September. I didn't post a review at that time because refrigerators usually work well when they are new. Unfortunately, trouble started for me with the delivery. I bought the full installation package which basically meant that they would disconnect the water line from the old one, take the old fridge away, hook up the water line to the new fridge, and put it in place. Well, they wouldn't hook up the water line because they said my valve was not adequate (it was the original valve when my house was built 10 years ago and worked fine with my old fridge), so I hooked it up myself. The fridge was noisy for the first 6 months - it made a chirping sound like crickets were living in the house with us. That seemed to calm down a bit over time, but last weekend the refrigerator side started going up in temperature and couldn't be controlled with the electronic controls. I called the Best Buy store where I purchased it, and after two calls letting the phone ring for over 5 minutes each time, someone finally answered it. I explained what was happening and they put me on hold for another 5 minutes. When he came back he told me to call Whirlpool and gave me the number. I called Whirlpool (it was a Sunday) and their automated system told me to call during their regular weekday hours or to go to the web site. I went to the web site and scheduled an appointment - the earliest available was 4 days later. The technician showed up and said that he needed some parts and that the office would call that evening and tell me when the parts would be in and then reschedule the technician to come back. Well, they didn't call back that evening like he said they would, so we called them the next day. They said one of the parts is back-ordered and they have no idea when it will be available. This is summer!! We've been without our refrigerator for almost a week and now we have no idea when it will be fixed. Yes, it is under warranty, but that does no good if they don;t have the parts. Interestingly I decided to see if I could locate the part. One of the internet appliance parts companies has it in stock and would overnight it for an additional $25. I called the repair service and told them that I would buy the part (even though it is under warranty) just so I could get it fixed sooner. They said they can't do that, that they have to get it from their supplier. Even though this is an expensive refrigerator, I'm about ready to junk it and buy a new one just so I can have a working refrigerator again. Needless to say, I would never recommend a KitchenAid/Whirlpool product or service ever again.

I prefer the French door side by side because I don’t like the lower drawer freezers. This style is spacious and a bit taller than your standard models which gives it a higher end look without the cost.

I love my new refrigerator. It’s very spacious and has lots of shelves. The door also has alot of shelves.

I am really really happy about this refrigerator. A bit lame for a grown man to be this happy about a fridge but it is pretty great. But seriously. The water dispenser can be set to pour out a specific number of Ozs of water once you calibrate it....its just awesome

Poor wiring design, wires break using freezer door

I got a KitchenAid - 22.7 Cu . it is working well, plus it is quiet in my open floor, I love it.

Plenty of room. Ice maker is louder at times. Have to be careful to clean with the grain.

With inn 3 weeks freezer completely melted all food lost, ice included floor damaged. Went back to Best Buy store to replace unit ! But there we where getting send out back to to the perches store location, only to find out Manager not available No one els seam to be able to help! Because We didn’t buy the Best Buy protection plane swap wasn’t an option! We Have To Be Stuck With It .No manager ever called back. After Many Calls to Best Buy they told me it’s a KitchenAid issue. We Called KitchenAid they sent s technician but by that time he arrived few days later it all frosted Agin. Now with a two month of having this fridge freezer stop working AGAIN all food $350 lost called KitchenAid waiting once more for technician when it’s clear it’s a manufactured defect and need to be replaced ASAP ! I lost my trust in Best Buy after years of buying from them ! Also very disappointed with KitchenAid quality I have had my previous fridge from them with out a problem for 10 years. But this is a Lemon and need to be exchanged. I’m not comfortable after spending so much money going with this brand! I wish I didn’t shopped at Best Buy.

Wonderful lighting in both sides. Handles are nice and firm. Separate ice and water dispensers with taller opening than others. Wonderful surfaces. Very little noise, even when making ice. Lots of shelves and different bins for differing foods. Freezer works very cool!
