My wife uses the mixer every time she bakes something and it works great

I purchased this mixer for my wife. She has always wanted a Kitchen Aid Mixer. They are known for their high quality. Upon delivery, the pour shield was warped and we had to call and have it replaced. Then, about 3 weeks later, the paint/plastic started chipping off the main beater around the neck (an area that doesn't even get near the bowl). It started chipping even though we were hand washing it. That being said, interacting with Kitchen Aid to get the replacements have been great. They were courteous and prompt. We are still waiting on the new beater but it should be here shortly. We also had to adjust the "Factory Settings" as shown in the manual because it wasn't quite getting close enough to the bottom so that it would mix the ingredients thoroughly. It was easy to adjust and the directions were clear. Overall, it seems like a good purchase. Time will tell :)

Terrific mixer. I really like the color and features. Great addition to my kitchen.

My wife had a kitchen aid mixer forever! The only thing that ever went wrong with it is the off switch and we fixed that with a plug with an on/off switch! When she got her new kitchen, it was time for a new color!

I love this product. Great mixer! This one is the best out there!!

This is a great mixer. It has plenty of power to mix what you need

I didn't know what I was missing! So much easier to make things!!

Fantastic addition to our kitchen! Can't say enough

Very nice quality, packaged and shipped very well.

The classic design and Onyx black fits perfectly with my kitchen decor. Making cookies is a snap and I can't wait to try some new recipes. Im just getting started but am looking forward to cinnamon rolls, bread, and pie dough.

Awesome for my cooking needs no complaints at all!

my wife like very much............................

Got this as a present from my husband and I love it. It is a gorgeous colour and was easy to set up and use. I am looking forward to baking lots of goodies with it.

This is our 2nd KitchenAid Artisan mixer. We still have the 1st (9 years) but it needs a part for repair and we didn't want to wait for it and be with out this awesome kitchen machine! It makes light work of everything you can think of when using a mixer; baking, cooking, scrambling, etc. It is very powerful, very sturdy and well made. If you use a mixer frequently you may even want to purchase an extra mixing bowl for convenience. I would buy this again without hesitation.

I love the color. It was perfect for making my Christmas cookies. My granddaughter loved how easy it was to set it and move on to the next task.

She loves it and it is the same color as her car. She loves baking and now she has the one kitchen appliance she has always wanted.

Strong mixer with attachments for everything. Very reliable and last years if maintained properly.

This is a great mixer,I have used it every day since I got it.Easy to use and easy to clean!!

Bought this as a present for Xmas...used it immediately and didnt have any problems. Clean the bowl with a little olive oil to remove any dust or grease residue before first use and you should be fine; other reviewers said their dough came out black and the residue is what did it. Havent had any problems with this item and have used it 4 times since purchase. I'd recommend this to anyone interested in a stand mixer.

I love my new Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer! It works fast and makes my food taste a lot better
