I bought this with the 5 set klipsch speakers and I am not disappointed one bit. This replaced a KLH 12" down firing sub that I had. There's definitely a difference in range but it's fine for where I'm at and what I need. I kinda wish I would have bought the 12" but it definitely carries it's weight no matter what. I highly recommend it.

I replaced a Polk sub that was 1.5 years old. The Polk sub was really nice, but I wanted to complete the Klipsch 7.1 surround so they match. I was planning on using the Polk for the basement once my tv room is finished in a year or so. I have since changed my mind and will sell it. I want to use nothing but Klipsch in that room as well. Outstanding sub that offers great bass and atmosphere. Between the Polk and this Klipsch the difference was very noticeable, even though they were the equivelant of one another in power. The Klipsch just sound great.

I have this products big brother in the 12 inch. It is fantastic but I have a large room. I wanted to add another woofer to the corner. I wanted to see how this sounded alone compared to the 12inch. I was amazed how close they were in bass produced. Not quite as deep and rattling as the 12 but it was close. This would make a great addition to anyone setup. If it's a large room get the 12inch but if a small-medium sized room you would be fine with just this sub.
Great product and I got it for 149.99 on black Friday. Can't beat that price.

This subwoofer sounds great and is fairly compact in size considering the bass it provides. It can shake the floor with ease.

I wasn't sure if this sub would do the job but surprisingly it has more punch than needed. Love it. It's not too big and sounds amazing.

Appearance is great to keep in the background or take off the front lid and show off. If someone knows about Klipsch it will be noticed by the clearness of the sound as well as no vibration. It is easy to install though the subwoofer cable is not included and needs to be purchased separately. I have connected it with a $15 cable and sounds great. I have had no issues with it. I would recommend slowly rising the volume when first installing it as this subwoofer has a loud sound.

I needed a subwoofer for my new 5.1 receiver. The Klipsch model offered me more than what I needed. It has only a few controls with simple instructions which make the initial setup very easy. The clarity and bass are extraordinary - vey much noticeable when you are playing an action movie :-). I like the simple but elegant looks as well. No complaints !!

Excellent for a subwoofer-not dark and muddy like so many, but clearly defined notes and tones. As a musician I appreciate this. I can follow bass drum and bass lines clearly.

GREAT SOUND FOR SUCH A COMPACT UNIT. I HAVE A 500 SQUARE FOOT ROOM WITH WOOD FLOORS AND THIS SUBWOOFER DELIVERS WITH MY 165 WATT AMPLIFIER. SETUP WAS EASY AND THE AUTO ON/OFF MODE CUTS DOWN ON "VAMPIRE" ELECTRICITY.

Klipsch makes excellent products. I have Klipsch speakers all around for 5.2 surround. I use a 12in Klipsch R-12SW in front with right, left, and center Reference speakers, and a 10in R-10SW in the back with my towers. Amazing sound quality that is sonically musical as opposed to thud thud, boom boom. I have this system connected to an Onkyo TX-NR 636 Receiver, and my screen is a Samsung UN65 HU8700 4K UHD 3D TV. My living room is now amazing!!!!!!! The clarity for music and movies is outstanding. The bass comes on and can rattle the whole house. Now I need Klipsch to make Atmos speakers.

I love the Klipsch brand. I had a Synergy 10" almost 9 years then the amp went out. I'm selling it for parts. The woofer on it was down firing while this one faces forward. I like the "copper" look of this reference series woofer even though I will keep the cover on. This enclosure is smaller but packs just as much punch. Fits nicely in the room. Minus one star because the dials on the back are not segmented to the feel when you adjust blindly. I have crossover at 80 and volume turned down to 10 o'clock. This thing is powerful! Sounds great when you balance with your current speakers.

I purchased a set of klipsch speakers from Best Buy when they were on sale. I soon upgraded to 5.0. When these subs went on sale I picked one up. I love the sound so much that when they went on sale again I picked up a second subwoofer. With two of these things I get crisp clear bass with no dead zones. My neighbors aren't too thrilled however.

This subwoofer is an excellent product from Klipsch. One of the very best 10 inch subwoofers on the market. Performs so well, I purchased another one to add to my Klipsch speaker system. Will purchase the wireless transmitter and receiver to have the option of being wired or wireless.

I love my new R-10SW provides plenty of bass to my surround set up. I live in an apartment and this sub can vibrate the walls, to bad for my noisy neighbors. Great bass and sound. Love the phase control and the gain control. Works great with my blu ray movies and music cd's. If you live in a apartment I highly recommend this sub. I have a whole klipsch surround set up.
2 R28F's, 4 R15M's and the center channel wow is all I can say. Wife loves our new speakers. Had onkyo boxed set of speakers and receiver. These speakers are worth every penny bought some on sale, some not on sale. The difference is night and day. Heard these baby's at best buy even listened to polk and def techs. I'll take Klipsch any day of the week.

I have a Klipsch surround sound system.....RF7-2 floor standers for my right/left front and a RC-64 center channel speaker, two Klipsch dipole rear surround speakers, and two Klipsch bookcase rear speakers, and now 2 Reference 10 subwoofers, hooked up to my 65" Sony 4K flat screen tv, Sony 1080 4K receiver, Sony UHD800 4K blu ray player (which is also used for great CD playing) These two subwoofers make movies so interesting....like one is right in the thick of the action sequences......! Best Buy employees and I conversed on my options and as usual, they gave me great advice....I am SO pleased with my purchases.....all of this is hooked up to my Dish Network satellite system......for tv viewing/music listening etc. I have been a repeat customer with KLIPSCH and Best Buy for years now. Count me as a very satisfied customer. I watch dvd's and blurays and 4K disks......all perform perfectly.....!

I decided to upgrade my current Polk Audio system because it seemed like my 12” sub was losing its punch after having the system for roughy five years. I decided to go with these copper woven Klipsch speakers after reading all the great reviews on the net and I’m glad I did. These speakers sound awesome and they look great to boot. I spent roughly $1300 on a 5.1 system which isn’t chump change but I knew I wanted good stuff so I had to pay for it. The floor standing speakers sound so nice that they even provide a very good amount of bass on their own. Couple them to the 10” sub and things start really shaking in my house. The center channel has me hearing voices in certain movies that I never heard with my previous Polk Audio system. All in all this is one sweet system that I know I will enjoy for several years.

I didn't month if research before purchasing this 10" sub. I have a nice little theater set up, but I wasn't willing to spend $600-$700 on a subwoofer. The Klipsch was a perfect choice at a very reasonable price. Like others have stated, it will take some time to adjust it to your liking. I hated it at first but am a huge fan now. I wouldn't say it exactly rocks the house, it more covers the deep bass lost on small speakers. I have this hooked up to a Yamaha Avantage 760 with Def Tech speakers. Together they sound unbelieve for both movies and music. Highly recommend.

This sub is the best I've ever owned. At 10", it makes enough bass to rumble the entire room, and more. Very powerful. A must buy! I love a lot of bass and this won't disappoint.

I was debating whether or not to go with the 12" or the 10". i chose the 10" for my living room (18'x16) and the sound is great. The bass is turned down and it fills the room. Great addition for any theater room or home theater system.
