Before this, I bought another brand and tested it for 2 days and returned it, but this LG top-load washer is excellent in quality; it cleans clothes really well. I can now wash my king-size bed blanket, and it comes out clean, and water drains nicely from it. I have 2 dogs that shed badly, and this washer removes the dog hair and keeps my clothes clean and smelling good. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to have clean cloths with no tear and no pet hair. it is wonderful and I love it.

I am in love with this washing machine. I’ve needed a new washing machine for a while and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I am a person who does my research and reads reviews. This is probably the best washing I’ve ever purchased. Very easy to use, clothes come out clean the first time and it’s also appealing to look at. I love the see through glass and the soft close. I can’t get enough of it that I look for stuff to wash lol.

I was a little hesitant on getting a washer made by the same company that makes TVs. After research and asking friends of they tried their washer, the feedback was all good. I oulled the trigger and purchased. I am very impressed. The washer is quiet, spacious, and easy to use. I didn’t do my research on the features and it turns out it is a smart washer that works with my TV. I haven’t noticed anything odd since it was delivered and installed. In addition, I made a last minute request to have the washer installed. The techs had no problems taking old one and installing the new LG washer. The techs were very friendly and did an amazing job handling the washer with care and with the install. I did get the matching dryer and that will be a seperate review.

Ive had this machine just over a week. Here's my review so far. The pros are that its large capacity and has an excellent spin cycle. My clothes come out almost dry. Now the cons. The machine had 1 review when I bought it and that video shows it only removed 40% of stains WHEN already pretreated, and that's accurate. I find it doesnt do a great job on being stains out. Im currently considering returning this. Also no soak feature.

Absolutely pleased with this washing machine. Washes clothes very well and exceptionally quiet. Exactly what I was looking for! I would recommend it to anyone.

Normally im a Kenmore guy. But, love the larger capacity machine. Heard complaints about it being noisy but no problem with noise. What took 2 loads now done in 1.

Quiet and efficient and gets our laundry clean and easy to load.

So far so good. Control panel is pretty much all electronic so here’s to hoping nothing breaks. Have only had this washing machine about a month but so far it does a great job. I’m old school and love the top loader aspect. Lots of room for large size loads.

Excellent washer. My wife and I love it. It cleans much better than our old Kenmore Series 80 that finally quit after over 20+ years. It's quiet, uses less detergent with better results. The spin cycle is better too, so our dryer doesn't take quite as long as it did before. Delivery took only 2 days and the setup was fast. The only things I wish were different was if the default temperature was Cold instead of Hot. Also, I think it would be nice to have a light you could turn on if you wanted to have a better look into the tub. I highly recommend this washer, as does Consumer Reports.

I am happy with this washing machine. The tub is really deep and wide and despite all this the machine isn't very wide and bulky. We have a small laundry room and it fits well. I appreciate that this agitator leaves plenty of room in the tub. My last machine a good portion of space was taken by the agitator and this LG agitator doesn't have open fins at the bottom. My old machine would get clothes tangled on the agitator because of the fins. I am happy with my purchase. I haven't used all the features but so far no complaints.

I’ve had this washer for a week now. I am extremely happy with its performance. There was many different cycles to choose from, and I can even send a cycle from my phone to the washer. Sometimes I wish it would add a little more water as the clothes usually aren’t 100% covered in water, but they always come out clean so it knows what it’s doing. I’d recommend.

Excellent washer for the price. It is nice to be able to connect through an app to check on the washer when you are not close to it. It has a lot of room for big loads including king size comforters. It doesn't get better than this.

Love this washer bc it has an agitator. It washed as well and it’s quiet.

We were impressed with the operation of our new LG top load washer. This machine replaced an LG front load washer purchased at Best Buy over 15 years ago! I loved that old beautiful red LG and decided we wanted to stay with the brand. This new top load didn't disappoint. It is easy to operate and did a great job. Very pleased!

This washing machine is an excellent addition to our busy family. The drum is huge and is able to do big loads without a hitch. The app that it connects to provides all the little details you need like usage and other things. I absolutely love the machine.

The large capacity is great for bigger loads, and everything comes out consistently clean and well rinsed. It runs quiet which I really appreciate, especially during longer cycles. The controls are simple to understand, and the washer automatically adjusts the load,

I love my new LG washing machine. Ordered it online and the delivery was amazing! Adriel, the delivery man came right on time and it took him about 10 minutes to install and test the new machine. The entire delivery was flawless! I would definitely not hesitate to order from Best Buy again.
