After having this TV for a year. I can firmly say that it has surprised me in various ways. To begin, the quality of the picture is top notch. More then other models and maybe it’s just me but I have another TV 65 inch and the picture is better on this little one. Also whatever lightning you may have in your room, or wherever you place it the TV accommodates to its lighting and honestly the darks you can see very well with, if you have a bit of direct sun light the TV changes it’s settings to it. I see a show called “The Ranch” on it and that shows has many many episodes in the night and the characters and the background are so easy to see. Another surprise is the Audio! Wow those this speaker have a voice. With 15 you would be able to hear across a large space! But for those who wants theater audio this is the best as well. The detail on Lows and High is amazing and you can really hear this monster creeping in on movies! From the technical side, the remote is very easy to figure out, the menu on the TV is amazing and simple and easy to travel in and out. Just over all very awesome TV, for the price you honestly get more then what you paid for.

Monitor was easy to set up and looks great. Far better looking than the Samsung it's replacing. Good color rendering and rich blacks. I only wish there was more control over the picture quality but that's I work in the broadcast industry and am used to complete picture control. Currently not using any of the built- in streaming options so can't comment on those.

I love this TV; it has beautiful color and sound. It is in my livingroom. I’ve had it a almost 2 years year ; it’s on nearly 24/7 or so and I’ve never had any problems w/it. It’s east to set up and the functions are easy to understand and use.

I would have given a rating of 5, but the sound on this TV isn't the greatest AND the factory settings for the picture are awful. After spending 2 days changing the picture settings I am very happy with the color and clarity of the TV. The Backlight on this TV is so bright when it goes from bright to dark it just about gives you seizures. I set the Backlight to 37 and went from there with the picture settings. In addition, I set the TruMotion Off because of the jagged lag time. I love the Guide that displays for my digital antenna, awesome! Not to mention this TV picked up 74 antenna channels, which is more than my last TV did. I also love that I have an App for one of my streaming services, but the response time is quite slow compared to my Roku box. However Roku doesn't come through with Dolby Digital sound and the TV App does, bonus!!! Overall, the Pros outweigh the Cons and the value of this TV is well worth what I paid for it.

Updating our patio TV. This 43 in LG fits in the same cabinet as the older Samsung, weighs less than half the old TV and is much more versatile since it isa “smart” unit with wireless connectivity. We use an antenna for over-the-air tuning and the many apps for streaming. LG also has a large selection of streaming channels available as an added bonus.

For being on the less expensive side, this TV has great picture and a lot of features I really like. Home button is easy to navigate and downloading apps is easy and relatively fast. This is my first real smart TV so not much to compare to. But it is very user friendly and has a lot of cool functions and shortcuts for the price.

Easy set-up, great value smart TV and love the quality!

About a year ago, I discovered that using UHD/4K TV's as monitors for computers was a better use of money, and gave me the big screen i wanted, the ability to switch to "smart TV apps" for shows, and a better monitor than computers monitors provide. This TV is excellent, 43 inches for a monitor worked great. Highly recommend.

The picture quality on this TV is crazy clear! We have this in our bedroom. No issues with it so far. Sound is great. Never need to turn it up past 10 (and it goes way past that). Easy to operate. Was able to pair it with my cable provider's remote. Have an Amazon HD Fire Stick in one of the HDMI ports. Works fine.

I have purchased several LG's Televisions in the past..55inch 50 inch etc. Though menu is slightly different this set meets all my expectations as far as picture, sound and price. I don't need all the fancy things I see people want out of their television. for the price and what you get this is an excellent model and purchase.

We upgraded from our 10+ LED 60 inch TV to a smart TV so that we would not be dependent on the fire stick. We had no idea the picture quality would be so exceptional. Best feature is the dashboard display ease of going back to watch previous viewed shows on any platform. It is an awesome TV at a very affordable price.

I ordered this online through Best Buy and had it shipped to me. It arrived in a timely manner and blemish free. The thing practically set itself up with the on-screen prompts. The picture quality is very good. The remote is easy to understand....though I do wish the buttons lit up at night. Overall, a good experience.

We've had it for approx. 3 weeks Very nice 43" TV for our bedroom. Does compare to our Sony 65' F900, but it was only 1/10 the cost. We wanted a smart TV for Netfix and Prime and this fits the bill. Menus a little difficult to navigate. Easy to hook up Enjoying it very much.

This was the largest TV for the space I have, and with a viewing distance of 8’ to 10’ likely the largest that I should use. Easy to setup and has all of the features that I need. BTW great picture also. Now, if I could just get my Visio sound bar to work...I’m sure it’s me not the TV that is the issue.
