I bought this TV in December and so far I really liked it. Easy setup, great sound. The picture quality is awesome, the features are very good. I like playing Gran Tourismo Sport PS4 game on this and it automatically turn its HDR functionality as I turn this game on. 43 inches fits perfectly well in the living room. Good Buy.!!

Got thus tv for a great price on black friday. Picture quality is great. Love that each individual HDMI port can have it's own settings for color and sound. Wish it had a pedestal instead of the flimsy legs it stands on. Also, sensor eye for remote is in a lousy spot underneath the set making it a nuisance to use the remote if have a soundbar in front of the set.

After trying a 32" Vizio E-series (dim, dull picture), and a 43" 4K curved Samsung (terrible viewing angle if you not looking at it straight on). I settled on this LG. I already have last years model in my master bedroom so after trying those 2 TV's I bought this one. Its 120Hz sports look great, movies look pretty good with HDR on and its got a great viewing angle! With the quick start feature its up and playing within 1-2 seconds. The Samsung was a bit brighter, but overall this fits my needs much better for a TV that I am going to look at from different angles alot. For $400 you can't go wrong with this one. It plays many of my .mkv movies I have on my NAS, its got Amazon video, and lots of other features. Be nice it it was just a touch brighter but good enough for the space its in. It also has great sound, best of any I looked at.

I bought this set to replace a dying HDTV I had, and have never regretted the purchase. I was truly amazed that Best Buy would have a 4K TV set of this size WITH HDR at just over 400 dollars. Other HDR-capable sets were so much more in price. If I had to do it again, I would definitely buy this set again.

This tv is a great option if you’re looking for a quality picture, but don’t want to invest a lot of money. I was slightly disappointed that the stand it’s on doesn’t allow the screen to swivel, but this is only a minor issue in my opinion. For the price point, I’m very pleased with this tv.

Very easy setup with the Smart tv, it synced with the Comcast remote automatically! It's very light and I was able to mount it myself, unlike the older model we replaced which took 2 people to hang. Hopefully the cable companies will upgrade signal to 4k in the future to maximize the picture.

We’ve had this TV for 3 months and we’re happy. This is our first ‘Smart” TV, so we’ve had a learning curve, but we have the color, volume, etc. to our liking. I like being able to access the internet with YouTube, Amazon, and Netflix, and it seems to be relatively easy for non-tech people.

I needed a 43" to fit my Tv cabinet or I would of bought a bigger one. Tried the Vizio in 43" but had too much glare and so bought the LG. The smart Tv is excellent on the LG. Easy to navigate menus

This is a great mid-range 4K with HDR. It has the latest WebOS version, which offers most popular apps. Additionally, it is easy to setup and the sound is surprisingly good.
My only gripe is that you can't name the HDMI inputs or choose labels for them.

Very easy to set up. I love the Smart Tv component of this. Can toggle back and forth quickly and easily between Tv, Netflix, game console, etc. The picture is great. The only reason I gave this a 4 is because my husband feels that the HD could be better, but I'm satisfied!

What incredible picture quality! The picture looks incredibly real, and has depth. Even old Suff on TV shows a third dimension. Easy to setup, much lighter than or old tv that was the same size. Floored but this tv. Glad I made the purchase.

I bought this tv to replace a 40 inch Sony 1080p tv. I replaced this because I wanted 4k since Netflix is now broadcasting in 4k on many movies and series. The picture is amazing and it is beautiful to look at even when it is not on. the UHD part of the tv is not real UHD but it makes anything not broadcast in 4k look amazing. Did I mention the price? This is a great value when you get it on sale. It will not disappoint. I have three other 4k tvs that I own and all are LG. They look better than my Samsung tv for almost half the price. Only my Sony is better but that cost hundreds more. I read all the reviews and I even called LG to ask about the specs. I hoper this helps you make up your mind.

$399 TV worth the price. Picture could be brighter. Many capabilities as a Smart TV. Speakers are good. Sony is still the best picture, but you will pay for it.

Great product, purchased open box and it still looked new. Can't tell the difference from a brand new unit. This TV has a nice thin border, doesn't weigh too much and has a great picture. I love it. The only annoying thing is the remote isn't flat and it rocks when placed on the table or bumped. A minor annoyance that most people probably don't care about but I wish it was shaped differently. Also when pushing the buttons in the dark, sometimes it's hard to feel which button is which because they are grouped a little close to each other.

This tv by LG is a masterpiece. The 4k image is breathtaking, Sound is phenomenal, and the technological features are unmatched. Watching 4k blu-rays looks life-like, and gaming on it is mind blowing. It also has a ch+ feature that automatically pulls in HD internet channels once connected to your network. The apps are so easy to use, smooth, and responsive. Do yourself a favor and buy this great product from LG. I love this TV!

After about 6 weeks of use, I find that the 43" LG television is a well-performing TV. Picture quality throughout the screen is uniform and bright. Two negatives in the entire 'package' are the User Manual and the remote. The User Manual is on-line, and printable. Still, some areas of operation leave question marks for me. The remote is laid out in a manner which, even now, requires a second look as to the location of certain buttons. And I am not a 'new user'. Although the box did not contain the bolts used to secure the legs to the TV, LG mailed replacements within a week of notification. So, Customer Support is/was good. All-in-all, I would buy this TV again, if needed.
