Having a previous LG television with great performance when we retired another tv we wanted the same good quality and upgrade. As a result, LG was at the top of our list and it proved to be right. Also we wanted it to be smart and 4K. Got all of this with a great price. Very satisfied consumer.

I've set the sound as good as it will get, and it is still too loud on the loud scenes, and not nearly loud enough for the dialogue in movies. It improved setting it to low, but not nearly enough. The picture is good, but the pre settings for it are terrible. The remote is not intuitive at all, not nearly as good as the one for the LG HDTV my folks have had for the past five years. We will be trying the Samsung 1080p 43" tv, which has a pedestal stand which can be used on the current entertainment center/TV stand. This one has two little legs that are so far apart we had to purchase a bulky stand that is an eye sore and eliminates access to the inputs and outputs on the back of the TV. Way too many problems with this TV to be worth keeping.

I was undecided between this LG and a similar Samsung TV. I ultimately decided on the LG because of lower price and larger screen size. I am so pleased with this TV. It responds quickly and the color and sound are amazing !!

We bought this tv for our daughter Emily who is at college. The setup was very easy and the picture is unreal! She loves being able to watch Netfli x and other channels without being hitched up to a modem The screen size is perfect for her apartment. Best Buy came through for us once again

Great picture, easy setup, nice features, nice size

Bought this TV for our bedroom. It's a great value Smart TV, high quality picture, easy, intuitive menu for all the settings and functions and easy to install ourselves on wall mount. My only complaint is the picture settings which are on all new, smart TV's now. Hate the "video" look of certain TV shows/movies.

This 4G ultra high definition TV is all it is advertised to be. It has great picture quality, and easy, intuitive switching between TV and Smart TV. We paired it with a Logitech Harmony 665 universal remote, and it's made for the easiest manipulation of our entertainment center ever.

In this household we love Vizio so I was kind of skeptical buying an LG. Let's just say I love this tv and the price was great!!!!! Yes, I definitely recommend this product but make sure whoever is your satellite provider you upgrade to the 4K receiver to experience the full usage.

I purchased this product because I was up for an upgrade. This tv has everything I wanted when doing my research. I wanted to tv around the 40’ margin, smart tv, and 4K. Therefore, this product was a perfect option for me. It was easy to set up and I’m 100% happy with my purchase.

Easy set up has bells and whistles for your secondary or tertiary TV needs. Picture is crystal clear. Sound without a sound bar or added speaker system is OK for intended use!

Best quality small 4k tv out there. Cross shopped this with what Samsung has to offer and picture quality just seemed like it popped better. We mainly use this tv for Netflix, YouTube and phone mirroring near the dinner table. I know I know, no electronics at the dinner table, but this way we can watch a movie together as a family and eat, or the kids have a presentation they can show us, or just have it flip through pictures. It's pretty seamless streaming from an Android phone on the same WiFi network, but the Apple products seem to have issues, i.e. needs an actual Chromecast to cast to instead of the built in LG mirroring software. For less than an Xbox, this tv has definitely impressed me. It's also our first LG TV!

This is a great and affordable 4k smart TV. Does everything I expected it to. Sound and picture quality are great. The sound is good quality. Installation was a breeze. All of the apps work well and have really great quality. All in all, I would definitely recommend this TV.

I had an older, smaller flat screen for my bedroom and thought that it was fine until I hooked it up and realized how outdated it was . The salesman sold me on the picture and features of the LG and I love it!

Screen quality is very good, ease of smart tv is fairly simple and setup is easy. Works very well with my laptops, too. Good color quality which is fairly complex when it comes to calibration, but allows for more color flexibility and calibrations for photo editing.

I like this TV because it has a great picture and it works seamlessly with my stereo to come on simultaneously with whichever input I’m using. Very easy to use. Only downside was the standard settings for energy save that had to be adjusted to get a bright picture.

It's one of the better TVs on the market and allows for crisp clean watching of you favorite shows! It allows for you to watch netflix and hulu without the use of an external device and is very hookup friendly with them being on the left side of the screen!

I had initially purchased an offbrand tv - but immediately returned it. The LG was not a lot more but such a better tv. It's easy to set up and has worked like a dream. I highly recommend it.

For the price, the size, the quality & features, it's one exceptional device. This is my first upscale television, after reading lots of reviews, I made an exceptional choice, with LG.

The picture is pretty good. Takes some time to tune it. Looks good though. Apps are great and easy to use. Remote is difficult to use, but functional. No backlight, and have to be pointing it pretty much right at the sensor for it to work. Remote app on phone works well though.
