Don’t Waste Your Money

After reading other reviews and patching the firmware the Center channel could slightly be more adjusted but not near enough to make a positive difference. I returned the soundbar the following day and purchased the Samsung N950 Dolby Atmos soundbar. So happy I did. LG makes the best TVs but their sound bars are trash. I tested this Dolby Atmos bar connected to an LG OLED, and Apple TV 4K watching Ready Player One. The levels during the race scene were all over the place. I struggled for hours trying every combination of level adjustments to level out the sound with the center channel. No luck.

My experience is that they pair easier and sharing of remotes tends to be a simpler process. Unfortunately I LOVE my LG tv but do not like the LG sound bar at all. I’m beyond the BBY return period so I’m not sure what I’ll do with it but personal think the built in speakers on the tv sound better and that’s pretty sad. If your in the market don’t make the mistake I made and choose based upon same brand or assumption that highest priced is the best.
