Customer Ratings & Reviews

[Employee of bestbuy] I absolutely love this washer! It looks sleek and modern in my laundry space, and it’s incredibly quiet—even during the spin cycle. The capacity is perfect for handling large loads, and my clothes come out fresh and clean every time. The control panel is simple to use and offers plenty of cycle options. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-performing washer that doesn’t compromise on style!

Love the new washer. Easy and straightforward to use, simple programs, easy to change temperature. Runs very quietly AND most importantly, Clean clothes. Amazing large capacity. Helpful App.

Had machine for about two months, couldn’t be happier. At first I was concerned as I had read reviews that the machine created high pitched sounds. I have not heard any such sound coming from mine. We went with this machine because of many conveniences e.g. detergent and softener dispensers that hold 15-20 loads worth of liquid. An in tub faucet, great for pre-treating. And the App is great, it gives you useful data on machine performance and tells you when load is done, how much detergent remains, when to run a tub cleaning cycle +++

I have had several washers over the years and this one performs very well. It outperforms my Speed Queen 5000. I would recommend this product.

We actually bought two sets and gave one to our daughter. We have had hours for 8 months and we love the room inside and the quiet operation. What a great washer!

Definitely recommend! Quiet, efficient, large capacity washer! LG has some of the best washers hands down. Also like the app experience!

Love my new washing machine! It has so many washing options and is quiet and very classy looking!

I will say I was a little nervous about getting a new washing machine but this one has been great. Washing good, not too loud. I had a front loader before so I enjoy the top loader! No bending down! But I did have an error when I tried to wash pillows with quick wash. It didn’t spin correctly at the end and they were still soaked so I rewashed them with the normal wash and it had no problems It does get lots of fingerprints on the area where you are selecting the wash cycle and also the lid but looks awesome when it’s all wiped down.

LG’s AI washers bring meaningful value—quiet operation, big capacity, smart detergent dosing, and solid cleaning performance

Beautiful machine and very efficient! We switched from a front loader and are very happy with the change so far! This machine holds a lot of clothes, was very pleasantly surprised at how many clothes I could fit in one load! Definitely a time saver.

This new LG Machine replaced my prior LG machine that I had for over 20 years doing laundry for a family of 7. Now this new machine is a great replacement and I would not have bought a different brand. LG delivers what a household needs. Dependable, wonderful features and easy to use. Might cost more than other brands but trust me it’s worth every penny especially when he lasts. I don’t think I had my other LG machine serviced in 20 years maybe once. Love LG.

I purchased this set a month ago and I am extremely happy. They work well and are esthetically pleasing to the eye.

I am very pleased with this washer. Glad I exhanged the other washer I bought it was too high and hard to reach small items. Very quiet and it sure does wring out the water so there will be less time in the dryer. Very efficient. Wish it would have had the cup rinse feature but it’s find. Performance outstanding!!

I love the fact I can put a large load of laundry in this washing machine. Helps a lot on time I spend doing laundry. Big comforters no problem. However if your on the short side you might have to tippy toe to get the bottom stuff. I’m short but this isn’t a big deal to me. Haven’t tried every single feature yet. I don’t regret my purchase at all. My set is matte black and look stunning. The see through lid is also very cool with the soft close lid.

Excellent washer with a solid build! I bought this washer (and the matching dryer) to replace my 20 year old Maytag legacy series. I'm extremely pleased with the washer (and dryer). Not having a agitator taking up space is great! I'm able to wash bedding with no issues whatsoever. You really do get the full 5.5 sqft of room in this washer. It handles large loads without issue and clothes come out clean! I also really like all the wash options available on the washer. Additionally, you can get more wash options through the app. If you're not a app person, no worries as this washer comes ready to use with or without the app. The chime options are really nice too! I like how LG's appliances sing to you when your laundry is done. 10/10 highly recommend!

We love our new washer! It’s quiet and cleans the clothes well. It’s also large enough for lots of bedding.

Wonderful! Cycles are usually about 30 minutes and it connects to an app that lets you know when it is done, which is so helpful when I am multitasking and on the other side of the house so I can throw it in the dryer. It is not perfectly quiet but with it being in our little pantry off the garage near the entire living space it is not unbearable by any means, a light hum at times. Our clothes get much cleaner and it can handle my entire bedding instead of having to do multiple loads. It does though collect fingerprints like crazy since it is touch screen for the power button and the lid is glass, but not at all a deal breaker, it does not take much to clean.

This washer has a large capacity and user friendly, I use the Quick Wash and it ia more than adequate for a perfect wash.

This washer does just what it’s supposed to do. Clothes are clean just on the first wash. Looks great and is compact for my needs. The black matte color matches well with my other appliances. You can hardly tell it’s on, with the exception of the notification that it’s ended its wash. Love LG products.

It’s the best of the best I've never been so pleased with this excellent product
