disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.have had the oven for 2 years, will not buy again & looking to buy a new oven. Oven does not cook evenly, either on convection or bake. It's not my pans I've had the pans for many years and never had a problem with my previous oven. Also, Easy clean is useless and there is no self clean option on this oven. Stove works fine, but scratches easily. very disappointed

Beware the oven enamel flakes off
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this range one year and 14 days ago and on 2/14/18, after baking in my oven at 375 degrees, I noticed a piece of enamel material on the bottom of the stove. It was a large chunk of the enamel from inside the oven and had flaked off and dropped to the bottom. The location of the missing enamel was in the back of the oven on left rear side of the third rail from the top that supports the oven racks. I contacted LG customer service at approximately 1900 EST and told them what happened. They advised the stove was out of warranty and to contact the extended warranty company. The range was out of warranty 4 days, according to their records. This is obviously a manufactures defect but they refused to stand behind their product. I am waiting on a resolution from the extended warranty company. Last night I attempted to use the oven again and after preheating I noticed more enamel flaking off in a different area. It was being blown all around the oven and was totally unsafe to cook in. I have used LG products for a long time and would have expected more from a reputable company. This oven is dangerous. Please google issues with blue enamel flaking off. There are a ton of complaints.

Large front vents allow spray cleaner to enter
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.See the large vents on the front door of this oven (behind the handle)? I used a basic stainless steel spray cleaner to clean the front of the oven and it went into the door through the vents and dripped down BETWEEN the panes of glass. Now I have PERMANENT white streaks down the front window of my NEW oven. LG nor my geek-squad extended warranty will help me.
