This washing machine has excellent cleaning performance, quiet operation, and user-friendly smart features like cycle customization. Very efficient. I would recommend this washing machine to everyone because it has a large capacity for bulky items like comforters and the efficiency of high-efficiency models.

The two delivery drivers were amazing! No problem there. And the store manager Valerie and associate Nicole at the Tuttle Best Buy were helpful too. However it took three months to receive the washer and dryer!!! After getting the complete runaround since mid-September I finally got my washer and dryer today. I told myself if they weren’t delivered today I was canceling my order. Hopefully I receive some type of compensation.

The LG dryer works amazingly well—fast, quiet, and super efficient. It dries clothes evenly without overheating and offers great cycle options for all fabrics. I love how convenient and reliable it is. A solid upgrade for any home.

It’s elegant looking. I have both the washer and dryer and do not have them stacked. I find that this unit’s “normal” dry is not dry enough for my liking so I adjust the dry level to the highest setting. Both units have lights inside the tub which is a must feature for me. Very happy with my purchase.

This is an amazing dryer! I had these at my other house, and this were excellent, never an issue. I moved and bought the newer version(this one) and it's been perfect. LG is the dryer/washer to get.

It is a great dryer. It operates quietly, and the LG ThinQ smart connectivity offers many useful features and options. The lint filter needs to be cleaned after every load, which requires a little extra effort.

Great dryer, trying to switch my washer over to match this same one over Samsung. Normal setting dries in approximate time on screen. Delicates are dried delicately as it didn’t burn any of my delicate clothes.

The first dryer delivered didn’t work properly and was returned. Second one works perfectly and does a very good job. The controls were somewhat confusing but read the manual and now it’s easy to use. Love my new dryer

At first I thought it was a little complicated learning all the features, but so far they have been a great update from what I used to have!
