Customer Ratings & Reviews

Sure! Here's a shorter version ideal for posting on Best Buy: --- **⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Dryer – Highly Recommend!** This LG dryer was highly recommended by the Best Buy sales associate, and it did not disappoint! It dries clothes quickly and evenly, the steam feature is great for reducing wrinkles, and it looks sleek in black steel. Super quiet, smart features are a bonus, and it saves space with its stackable design. Very happy with this purchase!

Dryer seems to work as advertised. We've had it for about 2 months, so at least I know I dont have a lemon. Time will tell how it holds up, but it definitely does the job. The features are helpful, steaming mode is great for wrinkle release or towels. The sensors that detect humidity level (or whatever they're doing) seem to work well for the "A.I." dryer mode. The design of the dryer is really nice. Stainless and black glass fit pretty much anywhere, but also dressed up our utility room a bit. If I have one complaint, its that the door seems a bit loose in its seal with the dryer. Maybe by design, but it didn't feel that way. I adjusted it a bit, but the seal wasn't airtight. Perhaps it shouldn't be. What do I know? I'm not an expert in dryernautics. I like it!

This dryer is sturdy, efficient and looks great in the space. Operation is very simple and it has very feature I wanted in a dryer. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased the LG 7.4 Cu. Ft. Smart Electric Dryer in Black Steel, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. This dryer offers impressive capacity and smart features that have made laundry a breeze. First and foremost, the sensor dry technology is a game-changer. It ensures that my clothes are perfectly dry every time, eliminating the risk of over-drying and saving on energy costs. The steam feature is fantastic for refreshing and de-wrinkling garments, leaving them looking and feeling as good as new. I appreciated the sleek and modern design of this dryer. The black steel finish not only adds a touch of elegance to my laundry room but also resists smudges and scratches, keeping it looking pristine. The intelligent functionality is a standout feature. I can control the dryer remotely from my phone, schedule cycles, and receive alerts when the laundry is done. It's a real-time-saver and offers added convenience to my daily routine. In terms of noise, this dryer is impressively quiet. I can run it anytime without disturbing anyone in the house, and that's a big plus. While I'm thrilled with the product, it's also important to note that Best Buy provided excellent service and delivery. The entire purchase process was seamless, and the delivery team was punctual and professional. Overall, the LG Smart Electric Dryer has made my laundry experience so much better. Its performance, design, and intelligent features make it a top choice for any home. I highly recommend this dryer to anyone looking for efficiency and convenience in their laundry routine. It's a true winner in my book.

The LG - 7.4 Cu. Ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Steam is a highly efficient and feature-packed appliance. With its spacious capacity, steam feature, and smart capabilities, it offers excellent performance and convenience. The EasyLoad door and quiet operation are additional highlights. Overall, it's a great investment for upgrading your laundry experience.

Excellent performance, value, and design. So easy to use and I love the look!

Works well but the installer pushed the dryer back so far that the rear vent is occulted about 80%. I know this because I received a message on my dryer regarding the blockest. They are coming back on November 4th to correct the problem. I hope this is the last trip. It took two trips to get the pedestals installed. The The first attempt one of the pedestals got damaged. So the were not installed. I had to wait another week to have them installed This is when the dryer was pushed back to far. Hopefully this will be the last service call. I really enjoy my new washer and dryer. I have hooked them up to my cell phone and when the washer or dryer are finished there cycle it notifies my cell phone. This is a a great time saver. Also they have different cycles. This depends on what kind of load you might have in either the washer or dryer. Having the pedestals makes a lot easier to empty the washer or dryer,

Only had this dryer for about a month, but it dries our cloths great. All the drying modes are easy to use and understand. Machine is well built and very efficient. This is my second LG dryer and I’ve not been disappointed yet.

This dryer has been great so far. very efficient and smart features are nice touch that also works with Google home.

I recently purchased this washer and dryer set, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The capacity of both machines is impressively large, making laundry day a breeze. One standout feature is the AI setting, which is nothing short of a dream. It intuitively understands the load and adjusts settings accordingly, saving me time and energy. Plus, it works astonishingly fast, meaning I can get through my laundry pile in record time. But the real game-changer is the dryer's speed. It's like magic - clothes are dry in an instant. No more waiting around for cycles to finish. This pair has truly elevated my laundry routine and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of an upgrade.

This is one beautiful dryer!! It’s like a piece of furniture in its beautiful design. But best of all is its superb performance. What I love most is its uncomplicated easy to use technology. We had an LG dryer and I loved it too and was afraid that the new technology would surpass this users skills. Not so! Best, most efficient and eco gtoovy appliance in the house!

Just bought the matching set and I love it. I set them both up yesterday and have been running them both nonstop trying to get caught up with the piles of laundry after my old set died on me. So far I haven’t had any issues and it dries a full load in almost half the time of my old one. There are so many awesome features and preset cycle options to choose from that it was a bit overwhelming at first but it didn’t take long to figure it out. It’s super quiet and is big enough to fit my king size bed set with ease and still has enough space inside to dry it in one cycle. Very happy with this set and would highly recommend.

Somehow dries clothes faster than my old dryer. It is very quiet. We love the simplistic look with straight lines and perfect circles. The estimated time remaining so far has not been very accurate, but I haven't seen a dryer yet that was.

ORDERED ONLINE AND PICKED UP CURBSIDE AT THE BAXTER MN BEST BUY. EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL. DRYER WORKS GREAT AND REALLY DRIES THE CRAP OUTTA MY STUFF. VERY HAPPY

This washer is just what I was looking for. It has many cleaning cycles and it does such a good job with my clothes. It is also much quieter than my old washer. It also is.large enough to wash my queen size comforter. The service at Best Buy was very good. They were very knowledgeable about the product and understood exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend it to anyone shopping for a new washer.
