awesome wi-fi router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very pleased with my purchase. I have multiple cell phones, laptops, tablets and smart phone accessing this router. I have not lost any connections using these devices like I did with my prior router. I would recommend this product to anyone that has multiple items that require a wi-fi connection.

Cut the Cord
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this item to stream videos and watch tv. I have cut the cord and only have Netflix and Hulu. Since I have purchased this product I almost never have any wait time to watch shows or movies. It has the ability to dedicate two signals and I can plug up my portable hard drive. AWESOME! www.sambeauxs.com

Improved wireless range in my home.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was having problem with my old router dropping out. Having to reset it often. New router - and no problems. It also increased my range, which made my teenage daughter very happy because now she has Wi-Fi in her room.

Good Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have poor internet service in our area and were consistently losing our connection with our previous router. We have not had many problems at all with this router and it seems to have helped with the speed.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A best buy associate recommended this to router to me and I am glad he did. It was easy to install and I am happy with the connection. I have not had any issues with the strength of my wi-fi with my computer, smart phones or tablet.

Easy set-up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I followed the brief instructions in the manual and I had connection once I contacted my internet service. For some reason my internet service provider has to "recognize" a new router. I've had the router for a month now and it is operating without any problems.

Good product / Easy setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted an AC router and a Best Buy Salesperson recommended this for it's value compared to others available. It was on sale and had what I needed. Setup was straightforward and it's working very nicely. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an AC router.

I had issues, likely my own fault
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried this linksys router and was constantly getting signal drop but was likely due to my misnamed network (tried to reuse my previous network ssid). Ended up with an Asus Gigabit router. But this linksys was very fast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Good basic wireless router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Automated setup was easy, if slow. Wireless speed and range are good, especially on the 5GHz channel (I don't have any ac devices connected, just n and g). Not a lot of configuration options available, but fine for a lower-cost router.

overall disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start off with that this router was not first choice. I went into best buy looking to upgrade my home network to AC wireless standard. That way I could output 5Ghz to all my devices. I do a lot of gaming and streaming videos. The main problem I had with this router is that it would constantly and continuously drop internet connection. The speed of the connection, when it did work was very impressive, but I always had to reconnect to the router again and again.... Maybe it was a faulty router but for my first Linksys router and my last one at that, I had a horrible experience.

Nice router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price works well and has two frequencies so can use multiple devices at the same time. Impressive range in lower unit duplex all rooms get great signal with router positioned at one end of house. Have not tried yet to go outside and see how far it goes.

Good Signal Coverage For Smart TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally could not operate my new Smart TV due to N router signal was not strong enough from 2 rooms away from TV. The Linksys router signal easily reaches TV as well as all other smart devices in home. Router instructions could be better in my opinion.

Amazing Router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The router is amazing and I haven't faced any issues. We live in a big 3 BHK apartment and the Wi-Fi signals in all corners of the home are great. It has the option of 2 networks being a dual band modem. The 5Ghz network is a great feature to have if you live in a cluttered building.

Great WiFi router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We replaced our older WiFi router with this one. We receieved speeds almost double what we were getting. We used to get a lot of dropped signals at 2.4GHz which we felt was from the high number of routers around us in the surrounding offices. Switching to 5GHz made a world of difference.

Linksys router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a novice at installs and tend to put them off as long as possible. Great instructions for fast easy installation. Works wonderful. Have not tried the wifi portion but I am confident it will work fine. I'm a fan.

Rough start but good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old WiFi router died, so I just went in, found someone for help, and got this router. I had a little trouble getting connected to it and setting up at first, but it works fine now. All my devices connected and it's going strong for over a month.

Everyone Needs This Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product was inexpensive, powerful, and easy to set up. My former router kept kicking me off of my network but not this one. And for the price it was even better.

Good product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it's always hard to know what's to blame when you get a slow signal: Comcast itself, the Modem, or the router. I can see a stronger connection in a room that's out of line of sight, which is what people said the AC technology would do. Good purchase

Excellent performance at shorter distances
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sitting in the same room as this router I will often get 867 mbps connectivity. One room away I can still get 500+. Unfortunately, my home office (I'm a self-employed freelancer) is one floor up and nearly at the other end of the house with a few walls etc in between. I was getting about 130ish usually, which I could live with, but it was cutting out completely several times a day. So I got a Linksys router extender (RE6700) and that did the trick. NB, I have the router on channel 4 or something -- not the default, and this makes a big difference.
