I needed to replace my netgear router which broke after one year. I would not buy another netgear product so this router was my choice. The set up was easy and so far is working just fine.

Good router, easy to set up, good range, although I thought the 5ghz would have a btter range. Turns out that the 2.4ghz has a better range.

When Verizon sold there Wi-Fi customers to Frontier the Wi-Fi & customer service was terrible. First we didn't know of the switch, and after trying to cancel with frontier for three months, we switched internet providers. The new provider recommended getting our own router versus renting one. With a little bit of research on Best Buy.com we found this reasonably priced router that works great and a 1500 square-foot one level home.

Did not want to buy most expensive router, but also did not want to go cheapest. It worked out great for me. Great product and easy to install. Works just as well as the high end routers.

We live in a 1200 square foot single floor home and it covers pretty well. When I get outside of my home it does drop quite a bit. If you get this router and have multiple floors in your home you may very well have to get a range extender or two. We usually have 5 units connected to the router and it handles them well. The app is excellent also. I can control my network while I’m out. Pretty handy!

This unit was easy to set up. Has good range, not great, but very good speed Low profile design, looks nice.

The biggest problem I had with my old router was I couldn't get a signal on the other side of my house. With this new router, I can get a strong signal all over my house and even a strong signal outside. I love it!

I put this in an upstairs office and it has range enough to cover my entire house plus provides a guest wifi signal so I don't need to share my password with all my friends who drop by.

I love the multiple channels to stream through so not everyone has to be on one channel. Passwords easily changed through the SMART app. I love that feature. We get great signal throughout our entire house.

We were having a problem with our new laptop knocking out our old router. After many unsuccessful attempts at fixing the problem, we decided to replace the router with an updated one. It solved all of our problems.

Was simple to setup, good speed & range. I can also control quite a bit of the router via the smart phone app.

This is a great router. Very easy to set-up and gives you fast Internet with a wide range. Perfect for your home.

My last router I had for 9 years with no problems.. So I thought I was in for a hard time replacing.. Instead it was so easy to install... I also have an app on my phone to control but so far not one issue...

Got home took it out of the box, plugged everything in and within minutes it configured itself and the network was up. I really like the cell phone app for it. I can change my settings right from the palm of my hand.

Only complaint was that I have had a couple of dropoffs from the computer that is farthest away but I am not sure if it was the PC or router that caused the problem. Much faster on WiFi on 5.6Ghz in my house.

Pretty fast internet speed with this router. Not good for a ton of appliances needing wifi at the same time (maybe 3 or 4, depending on your internet provider). Overall a good product.

My previous Wi-Fi router (a Cisco) was going in and out on us. Purchased this one at the recommendation of a Best Buy employee, and have been very happy so far (1 month since purchase).

Plugged it in, turned it on, went to the router's web site and updated firmware, then set a few things for the wi-fi like password, and I was up and running. One of the easiest setups I have ever had.

There was one minor issue involving the renaming of one of the network channels. A call to customer service resolved this quickly and correctly and all is well. The router is performing well on all channels.
