After 5+ years, it was time to upgrade my router to something better. This router was a great choice. It fit my budget, was easy to set up, and has improved my home network performance dramatically.

Pretty fast internet speed with this router. Not good for a ton of appliances needing wifi at the same time (maybe 3 or 4, depending on your internet provider). Overall a good product.

We had to replace our router due to storm damage. The associate suggested this router. It works great! We can all be online without any problems. I would recommend it to anyone who needs another router.

A little challenging to set up. Seems to be set up to enter admin via a wireless computer and I was using a desktop. Works fine now set up, signal available throughout the house and even a little outside.

My previous Wi-Fi router (a Cisco) was going in and out on us. Purchased this one at the recommendation of a Best Buy employee, and have been very happy so far (1 month since purchase).

A great router! My last one out lived it's usefulness. The range on this router is perfect. I keep it in my basement and it has great range all the way to my third floor. A great buy for the price.

This router has tremendous range (best I have ever gotten) for a very reasonable price. The Best Buy sales associate was extremely helpful in helping me choose a new router. Really knew his stuff.

We love this now that it's set up! One problem with getting it to connect and needed to be on the phone (INDIA!?) for a long time, but it's great now that it's up and running.

I had to replace my router and needed something fast also something that could handle multiple devices. This router works great, no lagging, and great reception. I definitely got my money's worth!

It's a pretty simple device to set up. Plug your modem into it and use a wifi enabled device to set it up. Not sure if the 5ghz is that much better, but a nice feature to have.

The new router expanded my WiFi coverage in and around my home. It gives me full coverage to my detached garage that is 75 feet away. I would recommend it for someone looking for an easy install.

I upgraded from a Linksys N router that was 6 years old. I wanted to get one that had the new AC speed for future use. I do not have any AC compatible devices so I'm not able to use it yet to make any comments. I have not noticed any notable speed increases over my previous N router for all of the other devices. I do like the dual band, however, as my TV now connects with the 5 ghz band and has not buffered once.

Works great. Easy set up. Consulted with the Best Buy salesperson and he did an excellent job. He was professional and knew the right router for what I needed

The Linksys router is a decent router. I use it to stream movies and surf the internet. It is an improvement on my previous router but I still have to reset about once a week.

We have numerous wireless devices on three floors in this home. Our previous router would lose the signal to those devices on the top or bottom floor. This one gives good reception everywhere.

This router has allowed us to have Wifi throughout our entire house. We would get far away from our previous router and get disconnected from the Wifi. This does exactly what we expected it to do!

I was having trouble with my wi fi connection in a guest house that is about 70 feet from the source.. I tried a range extender which did not help. Then tried a lesser expensive Linksys model which did not improve things much at all. This one seems to be better. Would like better reception but it may be the DISH limitations that keeps me from getting better connectivity and speed. Not as good as I am used to but acceptable considering the limitations of distance and satellite I guess. Probably this would be good in a more normal environment. Best Buy as usual was great about recommendations and exchanging. I love heir service.

Took it out of the box, plugged it in, identified my network and I was connected. It was a necessary upgrade because my old router couldn't handle the speed of my connection.

Replaced an older Linksys e1000 router. I get better signal downstairs in my living room now. Used to be 2 bars, now at 4 bars with the external antennas. Speed seems faster too. Pleased overall.

This is my third Linksys router and it is by far the easiest one to set up and use, although I will buy a more advanced router next time. For novices, this router is perfect.
