Easy Setup

I live 8 hours away and wanted something simple to use so I didn't get bothered. Improved 2 household speeds from 3 mps to over 60mps. The third needs to switch internet provider. "using free campus network".

Best Buy CSR explained the differences in routers, which was very helpful and I chose Linksys. They even did a price match. Works great. Very happy.

Works, but setup almost ruined it

Called customer service and spent 2 hours on the phone with someone, and at the end of the convo she admitted that what she was having me do could/would ruin it (the system) permanently. If you call get someone who knows what they're doing.
