This is an outstanding Router selection. Provides for a "guest login" as well as very fast performance. Also, very easy to install/setup.

The setup was really easy for this router. It has a great signal strength.

I was looking for a better router that would get wifi on the other side of my house and with this router I do! Easy set up and good cost.

My last one would not run my desktop as a wireless utility after I upped my speed. My cable company told me I needed a stronger router and that they had one that I could rent from them increasing my bill by several dollars a month, that one still didn't do the job. I went to best Buy and purchased this one, which I was told was a lot more powerful that the one the cable company tried to pawn off on me. Unfortunately this one still won't power my desktop wirelessly but it is mine and I won't be paying for it forever.

Old router needed replacing. Bought this based on employee recommendation. Range no better than old router. No difference in speed. Easy to set up and an ok replacement

The Linksys - 802.11ac Smart Wi-Fi Gigabit Router has been a great item! It works as advertised, which is a great compliment for a product today. In a world where many advertisers deceive to try and get sales, Linksys does not! Thank you to Linksys!

My new Linksys WiFi Router solved my problem and easy to set up. It was inexpensive met my needs. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was too expensive for my purposes right now. Found a RavPower FileHub that works for multiple things for only $40. No, it doesn't have 5.0GHz, but for my current needs that's ok. If I need all the bells & whistles, I would re-purchase this one

I was told I had to replace my Netgear wireless router because the signal was beginning to fail, as is common with radio equipment. Although I have been a longtime Linksys user, I can't say this one knocks my socks off. My husband still occasionally loses connection to our home network - the reach is inconsistent. And I had gotten used to little "screen" and slim lines on the Netgear. In contrast, this looks like a throw-back to old technology with its antennae. Plus my network was renamed by the router and I've not been able to determine how to get it back to what it was, causing me to reconfigure all the PCs to connect.

Very Inexpensive Router at a great price. Reliable and important to have on hand if your current router fails.

The Linksys router worked much better than the belkin model I had to return!! Also, the router was easier to set up and linking the computers was easy.

This router was reasonably priced.And it works efficiently . I was able to ad match it from Amazon, so i saved money which is always a plus.

Salesman understood my troubles with previous router and suggested this router, the Linksys - AC1200 Smart Wi-Fi Router. Not as good as he said. The router is the "newest" dual-band router that is supposed to be best for those with smart phones when the use of internet is used in the house by hose smart phones. However, this router is hooked up through my son's desk top. My wife and I struggle to stay connected to Wi-Fi, while using our smart phones, whenever he is watching or downloading videos, etc. (tis all on a one level house). Would not buy this product again, My older router (Linksys too) was better.

Works well in both sides of a duplex for wifi, including streaming tv and was much cheaper than most others.

Works great. Great speed and range, and the USB lets me stream music and video to devices and TV. Also great for backing up devices.

Just changed to wireless broadband. Using this as a router and WiFi system. Easy to set up and manage. WiFi works well. Good coverage.

bought this router from suggestion of my cable installer. good mid range router with numerous bands. it is capable of selecting priority for your IT products be that pc, tablet or phone it will give bandwidth priority to whichever you prefer if both are running at the same time. This unit is good for around 4 connections at the same time after that things start to slow down. It would work great for one to two people sharing with their periphery

My internet service was cutting in and out and eventually I couldn't use the internet at all. I believed my previous router "died". This was quick to install and solved all my problems!

This was a last minute purchase however, so far this router has been a purchase of great value to my family. We have had no problems with connectivity, it was extremely easy to set up and has been taking on a full workload ever since.

My old linksys was not capable of streaming at a continuos rate, kept stopping on me and locking up. My new router is much more reliable and that makes me very happy!
