It stated it was not compatible with Mac and instructed me to get the latest version on my Mac. I had the latest version but stI'll continued not to work. It was a pain in the butt. Since then,it has worked great.

Great device for wireless devices

The best thing is we do not need a range extender for this product. We have Smart TVs hooked into this device and everything looks great. Easy to set up - plug and play - no problems adding devices to the network.

When I bought two new laptops and a new printer, I ran into trouble. The two computers could not be on at the same time, or they would not connect to the internet. The new printer would not work with the new laptop, however the old one would without losing internet connection. When the laptop fell asleep, it would take shuting it down, Starting back up, and waiting 10 minutes for it to reconnect. Enter the team at Best Buy and this beautiful router. Brought it home, installed it in less than 10 minutes, and connected to the internet immediately. I can't thank Best Buy enough for sending me in the direction of this little beauty.
