Works fine. Very easy to set up, put in the DVD and it does most of the work.

I replaced my 5 year old Netgear router that regularly dropped internet service. I have had the Cisco Linksy router for two months and it has dropped once. It has really good range in a 2400 square foot house and I didn't have any problems setting it up.

Needed a new router and, after reading many reviews, decided this was the one for me. I was not disappointed as it was very easy to install/set up, and I am a relative novice. Even had security lock and password ready to go immediately. Could not have been easier. Even a totally clueless user could follow the set up procedure. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Works as expected. The range is as expected. Very reasonable price.

I bought this for my aunt in a one level ranch style home. It works pretty well even though we still had to use an extender. It's all in the placement of the router that determines how much range you get out of it. But I'm overall satisfied, plus it's a linksys/cisco, so the brand speaks for itself.

I use this for personal use in a small apartment. Great range - I can get a signal in the parking lot - and the internet speed is still fast. I have 3 computers connected on top of my iPhone and it never bogs down nor drops a connection.

This is our second Linksys for our house, and for the price, it is a good reliable router. If you are needing large space coverage, you need to spend more money and upgrade. This is our second one to cover the other side of our house.

Most internet connections are not too much faster than 100 megabits per second. The next speed up is 1000 megabits per second and the internet providers are not there yet. This router is pretty solid when it comes to performance. I have been buying this model of router since 2011 and it has performed well. Out of the many I have purchased, I have only had one out of box failure. Opening ports for connection to devices is a breeze and the remote management allows you to remote into the router if it is placed somewhere other than where you are located. I use the remote to check if the internet connection is working. The programing is easy enough to understand and not written beyond a regular geeks comprehension. I would rate this product five stars!

It was reasonably priced. The signal is strong when in the same room. It is not as strong in other rooms. Even though I have hi speed internet, When watching Netflix, either the connection constantly drops or it is continuosly buffering. This problem did not exists with my previous router.

This product is very easy to set up and use. The signal is strong enough to work through all of our house - even with three rooms between the device and one of the computers. Our last Linksys lasted for more than three years, so it's a great brand as well.

I previously used a Linksys 1000 that was easy to set up and lasted several years. Although the Linksys 2500 is not AC it works really well with my basic wireless network and was a breeze to connect. No wireless connection problems so far. The 4 stars is because it is not AC.

I bought this router simply because my neighbor was leeching my internet on my old router from 2004. He used a program to easily break through my password. I bought this Linksys Wireless-N router, and changed so as not to broadcast my SSID. I have several products from the makers of Linksys (Cisco), and I find they are a reliable company. The router is easy to install, it is compatible with all my devices: 3 smart phones, 1 laptop, 1 desktop, 1 printer and 1 AT&T 3G MicroCell. I have Charter high-speed internet, and I see no decrease in speed with one device running, or if all devices are running. I have a 2500 sq. ft. home on three acres, and I can connect wirelessly for a great distance in my yard, which is convenient. I would recommend this product to anyone.

setup was easy, easy online screen and works great

The set-up program stalled out several times, necessitating a long call with a Linksys technician. I'm still a bit annoyed about that, especially because the error codes gave no reason for the set-up not working. But once the router did start to work, it's been fairly reliable. It does reset itself now and then, but after reading reviews on a lot of routers, that seems to be a general issue across brands. At least it comes back on fairly quickly, which is better than the NetGear this router replaced.

My old Linksys router had worked well for about 8 years which was well its expected useful life, but finally gave up the ghost. Since it had done such a good job for so long I decided that I would replace it with another Linksys product. The new one was easy to set up and has done a great job.
