Customer Ratings & Reviews

In a word, excellent. I've had this keyboard and mouse set for almost a year now so I feel I can adequately review it. I’m an IT professional and between work, training pursuits and my own generally nerdiness I spend most of my waking hours parked in front of it. And it has proven to be an excellent companion. I purchased it so I could toggle easily between my work laptop, personal laptop and iPhone and it has performed very well in that capacity. I also wanted a keyboard that employed encryption (it’s shocking how easy it is to hack many wireless keyboards) and this fit the bill for under $80. Under this extreme usage battery life is about ten months, more than adequate in my opinion. Enough about its admirable qualities, what about the downside? Well the mouse has lost connection with one device or another from time to time and had to be re-paired, the keyboard is less prone to this. In all fairness even the most expensive units are susceptible to this. The typing experience is good but not great and some of the mouse buttons can be accidentally activated if you’re not careful. If you need the ultimate in a typing experience, I recommend looking at the MX Keys/MX Master3 mouse combo. One of my coworkers has this setup and it is amazing (albeit at 2.5 times the price I paid). I rarely give anything 5-stars, but I feel for the price point it is deserving in this case. If you take the price out of the equation it knocks it down to 4-stars.

I bought this keyboard and mouse to use with my MacBook Air. My typing speed is fast and accurate, and the mouse works great. Because Mac does not come with a USB-A port for the receiver, I use the Bluetooth option. I bought the set for two main reasons. I have the MacBook on a raised platform, and I needed a keyboard closer to my desk. to use it. Second, I like having a numeric keypad, which no MacBook has ever had. I work with spreadsheets and need to do calculations quickly, so this was definitely a go-to for me. I wish that I could take it with me for when I travel, but it's designed to stay on a desk. I like the way the keys respond and feel when I am touching them. Definitely loving the mouse and the way the buttons make it easier for me to use my MacBook than the touchpad. So far, love the product.

This keyboard has worked just fine over the years, the only downside is not having backlit keys. The mouse has worked without any issues, and the keys have never gotten stuck. Bluetooth pairing is easy and you have the option to pair with 3 different devices. The integrated palm rest is soft enough while typing. This keyboard does have three levels of height adjustment. Likes: Good quality; Bluetooth pairing with multiple devices; soft keys; height adjustment Dislikes: No backlit keys Oh, by the way: There is a Logitect software you can download to make custom adjustments to the keys and mouse.

This is a great keyboard/mouse combo! I have a Macbook Air for my personal laptop, and an HP ZBook for my work laptop, and this works well with both. There are pairing settings for up to 3 devices, which is very easy to switch back and forth between. It also has both Apple/PC keys, which is exactly what I was looking for. The mouse is comfortable, and the hand rest on the keyboard is soft. My only complaint is how loud the typing is... I wish it were quieter because it can be a little distracting when on work meetings. Other than that, this product is great and fulfilled exactly what I needed from it!

It was so easy to set up right out of the box. I can now control my PC, Mac, and iPad without having to shift devices or use a different keyboard layout. This makes working from home a breeze. Both keyboard and mouse feel well made and super comfortable too. I have what I would call average size hands. Might be a tad big if you have very small hands. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for. Very happy.

Keys feel nice, connects to computer with USB-A. Ergonomic, comfortable and adjustable height. Some keys are starting to stick after 2 months of use. Haven't tried the mouse. Keeping as spare.

Love the keyboard and mouse. So easy to use and allows me to type faster.

One of the best keyboard and mouse options for the price! Besides the comfort and durability of this combo, the option to switch between up to 3 different computers using their respective USB wireless receivers is a huge win for techs like myself multitasking on several computers at a single instance.

Excellent keyboard and the mouse is awesome too. Easy set up. I did Bluetooth and it is amazing for both the mouse and the keyboard.

Been over a week since using this keyboard and loving it so far. I work long hours and developed wrist pain because of it. Keyboard really is designed for comfort and the feel is so nice! I’m accustomed to using the k120 keyboard design so not a huge adjustment when switching over to this. No need to look down on the keys when using excel/typing. Overall really liking this product.

I use it for two of my three computers with two large monitors. It is so great how they give you 1, 2, 3 for each device and you have one keyboard and one mouse. So wonderful. Easy to set up and functionality.

The keyboard is ultimate with no noise, feels like laptop keyboard and at the same time felt so comfortable with the elevated design. Can connect between three devices with just a single press button. The shift is instance and bluetooth connection is also reliable. Mouse: The same as keyboard , but it is not silent click. So , yes you will hear a 'click' sound . The swirches between devices is very good.

My recent experience at Best Buy was overall positive. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my purchase decisions. The store layout made it easy to find the items I was looking for, and the range of products was extensive. The customer service was responsive and resolved the issue promptly. I appreciate the variety of products and the emphasis on providing a customer-friendly environment. Best Buy remains a go-to destination for my electronics and technology needs, and I look forward to future visits.

I got this keyboard as a necessary workaround for my Lenovo laptop that I purchased Nov. 2016. I unfortunately sustained a major physical accident shortly after this purchase and did not use the laptop until about 5 months later. To my dismay I discovered the WORST laptop keyboard EVER! The Right shift key was divided into an [up cursor and shift ]. Even if this configuration had the up cursor to the Right, it would be better but it is on the left. As a female with smaller hands, I cannot easily reach beyond the cursor--it sends the cursor wildly up on documents. When I checked with BestBuy about trying to deal with this problem, they informed me that due to the passage of time, I could not return the computer. So I am STUCK with a laptop that I need to carry a full keyboard in order to word process successfully. :( I attached a felt dot in an attempt to work with the keyboard; it did not help.

Fabulous keyboard!! Very easy to install, keys are fantastic and it’s perfect. My use type is remote office work so I’m using it 8-10 hours a day 5 days a week. The mouse is equally impressive!

No complaints - have been using it daily for 6 months.

Hooks up with ease and works well. Fits perfectly for all my needs.

Both devices are very responsive, and work great in small spaces for gaming and regular use. The keyboard works great, but does require firm pressure.

Excellent keyboard and mouse! Ferry, reliable and useful simultaneously. Extends to both computers and laptops, as well as monitors.

When i ordered this I didnt realize that it was able to be connected to 3 different devices. Its really nice being able to do that, especially being able to just press a button and start using the mouse and keyboard on my phone, I love it lol. But i do notice the keyboard not responding right away or lagging sometimes which gets pretty annoying.... overall not too bad i guess. Still alot better than having to deal with cords
