Setup was easier than anticipated. Love being able to view on computer and phone. Great feeling knowing we can look at it while away from home.

nighttime picture is much better than expected, very clear. The system includes all you need and easy setup. The DVR is small and easy to hide and the cameras have plenty of led's for a bright night vision. The onscreen playback dashboard is very user friendly and even has markers to show when motion was detected so you can jump to view that moment. very satisfied with our purchase and with the extended 2 year warranty I don't have to worry about the led's going out I can just return em! so far so good.

It is a little confusing reviewing the playback on the computer. Your better off viewing from your mobile phone. Plus I wish you could attach recording to text or email. Otherwise, I'm happy with my product.

This brand is very good. I was unfamiliar with this brand till purchase. We wanted east Install and salesperson talked us into wireless. Overall the software was exceptional. The iOS and android apps worked well. The system was good. Nightime clarity was good. The wireless was a bit choppy compared to Cat5 connection. We decided to return as lorex did not have a system that recorded audio. The current system is dec not. Not as good as lorex but it has audio. If I could get lorex with audio recording I would do it in a second.

This camera still need the power cord for each one. Wireless connection is ok for me

Great cameras, easy set up. Mobile app is not as describe and I was never able to access video. Eventually turned and went with a totally different system.

This cameras have great resolution. The dvr is easy to set up.

This is a great camera surveillance system with low cost and best quality. Will recommend it to my friends with out any second thought

Easy to set up . Still Learning how to use the program but so far it's not been too hard I'm a real beginner at all this security video but I had a problem with the house and now I feel a lot more secure having this system ,looks good so far it's working out well.I went online and printed out all the instructions made it a lot easier for me to understand

Good camera but difficult connecting to my cell phone

lots of small problems. Forget trying to use the wrench that comes with the system. CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS!

It works but the signal isn't very strong not worth the money. Half the time the picture doesn't come through.

One camera power supply failed but the manufacturer quickly replaced it with a better one.

I installed the system myself. It was easy to install once I decided where to put the cameras. You have to have a power source close, so that limits where you can install them. Once installed they all worked as well or better than I had expected. It was a little had getting set up to monitor on my phone, mostly because I am not very good at the electronics part.

the cameras have very limited angle to adjust for the a comfortable view

One camera stopped working after only 6 months. I called BestBuy to send a replacement camera because I purchased the two year replacement plan. They said I would have take down the entire system. I have it mounted and wired throughout the store and that's a huge hassle when I only need one camera. Then they said they don't carry this system any longer.

I purchased this system and it worked great for a few months then it locked me out and I can't get into the system. I called customer support; however, They wont pick up the phone to solve my problem. now it is an expensive paperweight. my advice DONT BUY THIS, BUY RING INSTEAD 100% better

Range of cameras in distance to receiver is fair, but, not great. Signal strength could be better without having to buy a booster. A 2-4 second lag when motion is detected is a bit of a problem. Cameras don't work all that well in dark situations. Overall, it does what it was advertised to do.

I purchased this security system because it is advertised as wireless but it has to be powered by wire. I really like the rest of it's features and the ease of setup. I have 2 Nightowl sets that I can't get on the internet. I'm glad Best Buy had this on sale at such a good price.
