I believe each pick is segregated into its own subnet therefore unable to see other computers that are connected to other puck.. one great thing with this pick is no more dead spots in a 2 story 2700 sqf house.

I bought a fourth Luma because I needed it due to my floor plan. Too many walls between the isp router and my living room. Tech support is great on live chat!

Great Concept, but not ready for prime time

However, the speed was marginal and the app reported speed didn't match the actual speed. Support promised better results after a software update, but I didn't want to wait and be a beta tester. I returned it back to the store. I would consider it after others test it and it is reported to work.

Whole house coverage

I purchased this bundle because it was almost 40% off during a weekly sale. Uses mesh networking technology however it was overkill for the size of my living room

First, I couldn't get the Luma setup so I had to call customer support, who were very helpful. The Eero set up flawlessly the first time. Second, with the Luma, many of my devices needed to be rebooted frequently due to dropped connections. I have not had to do this with the Eero. Lastly, the security of the Luma was catching "concerns", but it dosen't give much info about what the concern actually is. I believe these issues are software related, so the Luma will only get better with time. I may try it again in the future.
