If you want a simple frig without an ice maker, this is it. Door are reversible and it is quiet which is hard to find. Frig and freezer do what they are supposed to do - period. Delivery men were respectful, prompt and careful.

Has rolling wheels, easy to move around. Lots of usable space.

This refrigerator is nice. The freezer area is larger than any I have seen. The only problem I have is that you are limited on what shelves to place milk and water pitchers. The shelves only have 2 levels to change. I could barely get the water pitcher on the top shelf. I do like the drawer that goes from one side to the other side of the refrigerator. Milk need to be put on the shelves on the door.

Nightmare from Day 1. It was advertised as having an icemaker. NO ICEMAKER was included. The guy who installed it, immediately cut the cord of my old fridge so he could pull the old fridge out. (The cord was plugged into an outlet in the nearby cabinet.) Well, it was STILL necessary to cut a hole in the wall to plug in the new fridge! He wouldn't cut the hole tho, just left me to deal with that. Even if I wanted to return the new fridge, he had already cut the cord for my old fridge! I was stuck. So that's 1/2 star for BestBuy. Sixteen months later, I feel a hot spot at the bottom of the freezer door! It has worked fine until now, but this hot spot doesn't make sense. I have a feeling I'll be shopping for a new fridge soon. And thats 1/2 star to Maytag, for a total of one star.

Delivered and installed, the next day it's not working anymore, everything in freezer were defrosted. Was offered to repair the unit, I declined, I want a new one for peace of mind reason. But replacement will come after 3 weeks, not an option for me as I don't have second refrigerator. I exchanged with different brand w/c will be delivered after a week. That means no refrigerator for a week, ended up throwing more food in the trash. I found out about food spoilage reimbursement, contacted geek squad but they don't know what to do because the unit was labeled as defective and there is no work order. In the receipt, unit exchanged but not mentioned that the unit is defective, so I don't have proof for reimbursement.

Refrigerator is awesome thankyou. Theres a ton of space as well.

Exactly what we needed at a great price. Maytag durability too.

I NEEDED MORE SPACE WENT BY MEASUREMENTS ON LINE FITS GREAT WORKS FINE AND PACKEGED GOOD ALSO. DIDN,T NEED BELLS AND WISTLES JUST BASICS.

Love the exterior. Interior is nice also. Holds all that we need. The lights in the refrig section and the freezer are bright and a real plus. Still working to to the crispers set perfectly for us. The fingerprint resistant experior is great.

It works great and my wife is happy with itstorage capacity is good

what we were looking for in a refrigerator as for the size and the arrangement of the inside

I had to return the original refrigerator because the door was damaged and it would take less time to get a new replacement refrigerator than to replace the door. When the replacement refrigerator came in, the delivery person tried to tell me that he could not change to door to the right because he did not have the time to do the 5 min job. When I told him I would call Best Buy, he changed the door hinge. Also, this refrigerator is very loud. The proper make a aloud humming noise that we done most annoying.

Like the light in both fridge and freezer. Cools and freezes well. Nice interior layout of most shelves would prefer more room on door for wine bottles or tall things but it is doable

After a week, I'm really enjoying my new refrigerator. It's working well and looks nice. Have to get used to putting my milk in the door, but I guess that's the new and improved way to do it.
