Love the concept, hated the fit

I would give a higher rating if the glasses fit but I will sadly be returning them. The glasses fit when I did the required fit appointment but when I bought them and took them home to use them in real life, they slid down my face constantly. Just a little slide and it cuts the display in half from your vision so I constantly was pushing them up on my face to have them slide down again. This basically made them unusable for me. They need to create ones that fit more face shapes.

They're really comfortable, the technology is incredible. I thought they'd be heavier, but they're not... you don't even feel the glasses. The color is amazing, I love it. The wristband is super comfortable; they measure you to find the best adjustable size. The glasses are the same. The best birthday gift I've ever bought myself :)

AMAZING! Ive used them for about 2 months and i have zero complaints. The functionality is unbelievable with no glitches or interruptions. Also one thing I'm super surprised about is the speakers, they work VERY WELL fir calls and music even in loud settings. DONT REGRET ONE BIT!

Live transcribe is a game changer.

I purchased these for my hearing impaired daughter. The live transcribe feature is a game changer for the hearing impaired. My only grievance is that they appear oversized and clunky and she hesitates to wear them. I’m sure the next gen will be more fashionable.

Awesome user experience and interface makes it easy to use. Nero band is comfortable and looks nice when wearing. Glasses have some weight but that is the only "downfall" and they are not heavy glasses. I wear them 10-12 hours a day.
