I have used Microsoft Software for years (haven't we all?!). I LOVE being able to purchase this service from BestBUY w/o having to deal with Microsoft. With the advent of this 365, I now have to use a web based software that is NOT as user friendly as the PC based software. It's limiting to use a much smaller screen on a browser than a software screen (i can now see only 32 lines as opposed to 37 in the software). Overall, though, its still very useable and I can link all my files across all my devices easily (Android, iPad, tablets, laptops, and of course PC).

This product has been a very important tool to continue my studies at the university, I recommend installing it on your computer, it will be completely useful.

great product for computer software and easy to install

This was relatively easy to install but I already had Microsoft office on my previous laptop that it wouldn’t let me transfer over so it feels like an unnecessary waste of money to not be able to transfer the apps under the same account just because you upgrade a laptop. That being said installation was easy as well as quick and no issues with any of the apps functionality. Not a fan either of how this is now a yearly subscription and payment either, miss the good old days when it was a standard on every desktop.

Amazing services. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint almost all the time for schoolwork and having the subscription allows me to have all the apps and extra features such as 1TB of cloud storage on OneDrive with ease. Good value for what you get too.

Thats what it should be called. I can work on a presentation, draft any document, from an agenda to mtg notes to a time management table. Excel helps me calculate complex math. i could go on and on...

Sleek and dependable. Not too big, easy to find a clear space to rest it on.

I downloaded it but am still figuring it out. I may just be slower than others but I can talk to people to get help. I do like it, thank you

This is a great buy to go along with the HP laptop that I purchased. The two of them together was such a great buy.

The Microsoft product/program have been amazing no complaints are problems with any of the software.

I bought this laptop and it came with Word, PPoint, & X....Everything I need for school, since having this I make nothing but A's. I love this Laptop with all the bells and whistles!!

It's a must have if you have a window PC or Mac. If you can get the family one instead.

It is pretty good but it only works for a year, then it stops working and you have to buy a brand new one.

This is very useful, especially as a college student, since we are given a student discount. I use these applications for my assignments several times a week, and they are quite helpful.

I’m using this for my college work and it was easy to transfer everything I needed from my old computer and this one is very quick.
