Good lightweight full powered laptop. A little laggy so I’d recommend upgrading for more ram.

Lightweight and looks great. This is the 3rd Microsoft Surface I've purchased for me and my children. Great for school and work...not so much for gaming.

This laptop is very light and compact, which is exactly what I was looking and I am very pleased with the portable nature. My dislikes would only be that the charger does not stay connected- a small movement can disconnect it- and the mousepad is so large that I have trouble moving my hands to the keyboard without clicking or highlighting something on the screen.

Lightweight, so easy to carry, good for everyday use

I tried many laptops and for the specs you can’t beat it for only like 1080 P display and the majority of Microsoft products you get a 2K or 4K display with touchscreen that gives Apple a run for it’s money as far as my opinion goes.

Great performance in a small package. This laptop has everything you need and more. Best of all, it has a backlit keyboard, which is very helpful when you have older eyes.

Wonderful laptop! Great camera quality for any meetings, videos or photos. Microphone works well. Great step by step instructions on getting started. I was relieved to find that the laptop actually transferred over all of my information from my previous computer to my new laptop. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the issues with using Microsoft apps and Google apps. The free version of the Microsoft apps was pathetic. I couldn't save my documents on my laptop, or I could only type on them. Once I typed on them and tried to save, it said I couldn't because I wasn't signed in. I was signed in and I created a new Microsoft office account to make sure I was signed in. Still had the same issues. Then when I tried Google apps, I had to have an extension. When I downloaded the extension, it was saying that I had to be offline to use said extension... I couldn't use my laptop for graduate school unless I paid for one of the Microsoft office deals. Even then, they did not outright offer the home and student version. I had to go to their actual store to find it. While the laptop runs very quickly and is amazing to use, you'll end up having to pay a one-time purchase of student/home office or pay a monthly subscription to use Microsoft Personal or Microsoft Family.

Bought for school, it does everything I need to and more! So glad I purchased this and way cheaper than anywhere else!

Love everything about this laptop! My old laptop was 11 years old. I can’t believe how much lighter my new one is. Very nice purchase

I own this along with a 2020 MacBook Eyre. I really like this one a lot more. I feel like it’s a lot more seamless in between apps when I have a lot of things open I use it before school online also to edit videos and make animated videos. I love it so much because it’s a portable, it easy to work with and easy to customize.

I love it! I previously had a much more expensive laptop and it had problems from the beginning. My job used this and I liked it. I bought the newer version and have no regrets

My surface pro 3 was getting old and not working well. I bought this surface laptop 5 and what a difference. It works great, was easy to set up and connects to wifi easily. I am glad I purchased this laptop for home use.

I love this product and good buy for the price. Microsoft never disappoints customers for sure. It’s easy to handle and light weight. So far not seen any issue.

Best laptop for Tech and Management work. Touchscreen is flawless. Build quality looks weak but if you can handle with care it is good laptop over. Look is premium. Ram is good.

The Microsoft Surface 5 is amazingly fast. I like it better then my last MacBook Pro.
