Like all wireless technology connection issues can be experienced. When connected it works seamlessly. Setup is fairly easy, though it helps to at least have some tech savvy. You need open USB ports on your television for this to work. The computer only needs bluetooth. We purchased an open box. As with most Microsoft products it is relatively expensive, but so far worth the cost to be wire free.

I later found out that I needed to add a free program to my Windows 10 system for it to work. Instructions could have been more clear to accommodate less tech literate customers like me.
