Just plug them in, download the driver (optional) on your computer and go for it. The new exchanged one works just fine as well.

Convenient for Tv use

Once setup works pretty well. Connectivity issues at times. Cheap option, but possible betters out there.

The audio goes through your TV not your computer. The only thing I would say it needs to get better at would be the vidoe. It was a little slow and picture wasn't as good.
