I really like the design of this—I anticipate that this will be very easy to clean, especially considering all the cleaning attachments it came with. Filling is a bit more complicated, since you will have to lug the whole thing (as in, both parts) back and forth. But it’s small enough and easy to carry, so I can’t complain too much about this. Wish it came with actual buttons—there’s just less room for error with physical knobs than there are with touch-responsive screens. Also, limits the output to just three settings! I’m used to a knob—and frankly I prefer it. It allows for much more precise output. Another thing: I would have been just as happy, if not happier, if it came with a remote instead of an app! I like being able to turn it on and off without getting up, I like being able to put it on a timer, I like being able to see the humidity level—but that last one is pretty much the only thing I think needs an app. I get why everyone wants customers to download an app nowadays, but I hate it. I don’t think it’s necessary at all. It takes up space on my phone and it probably farms my data. Also, the manufacturer’s website immediately prompted me to review the product before I could register it. How could I possibly review something I just received? That was either purposely designed or ill thought out—you can be the judge.

simple to use; basically plug-n-play...add water, turn on low/med/high and night-light option. uses about 1/3 gallon of distilled water for an 8 hr sleep. its quiet and night light is not bright just subtle enough for sleep. 2nd Miko product i've purchased in 2 months.

Two stars for technically producing mist when plugged in. This is really flimsy, and my cat can remove the top so easily. Which she does over and over. None of the pieces click or lock together, so any bump will take the whole thing apart. The cord is short and doesn’t detach from the back of the unit. Overall it’s like something from 2005, without any modern design changes. The floor of my daughter’s room has been soaked every morning since we used this. I’m throwing it away

I HAD ORDERED THIS HUMIDIFIER BY MISTAKE. I WANTED IT TWO OF THE AIR PURIFIERS. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE AIR PURIFIER FROM MIKO BUT THE HUMIDIFIER I TRIED TO RETURN TO BEST BUY IN FLAGSTAFF AND THEY TOLD ME I COULD NOT RETURN IT TO THEM THAT I HAD TO RETURN IT TO THE COMPANY OF MIKO BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT THEIR BRAND. I WAS UPSET WITH THE PERSON HELPING ME. I KNOW IT’S NOT HIS FAULT BUT IF THEY’RE GONNA SELL THINGS THROUGH BEST BUY. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HONOR THEIR RETURNS THROUGH THE STORE AND NOT HAVE TO DO A RUNAROUND TO GET THE ITEM SENT BACK. I WAS TOLD MIKO SENT ME A RETURN LABEL TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO THIS. THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. THAT’S THE ONLY THING I’M VERY UPSET ABOUT SO I HAVE A HUMIDIFIER THAT I CAN’T USE BECAUSE I DO HAVE OTHER HUMIDIFIERS. I WANTED AN AIR FIRE WHICH I GOT ONE FROM BEST BUY AND I’M KEEPING THAT ONE. I TOLD HIM I COULD JUST DO AN EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE OR GET THE SAME AIR PURIFIER, BUT THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN’T HELP ME WITH THAT, SO THAT IS MY ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAVE AND I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE HELP I GOT FROM THEM

Works well. However, if you want to control it with your phone you need to reconfigure your entire house WIFI. This humidifier want 2.4ghz and will not work in system configured to automatically switch.

Best product ever. Purchased for my 8 month old grandson b/c he’s been badly congested. Worked liked a charm mucus broke up really quick.

I sure do sleep better now with one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Air gets so dry in this cold winter weather.
