poor sound, no volume, hard to keep paired

I have not been able to keep it paired to my computer, I had it working briefly the other day but could not get the volume to increase to a reasonable level, possibly due to a low battery....

Unreliable

They did not work at all with a Windows 8 laptop. Now I use them with a Windows 7 laptop; however, every other day I have to completely deplete the headphones' battery, recharge, and reconnect the headphones to the computer.

Poor Quailty

I receive complaints just about every time I use them. I've been told numerous times that I sound like I'm in a tunnel, and that the transmission quality was horrible. I've returned/replaced this set three times.

Stopped working after one use

The unit shows that is charged, but will not turn on or reset. Very poor quality. Also, the head band is not adjustable and the head set does not sit all the way on the ears... and I have a small head.
