These just don't fit me and they are not adjustable at all. Also there is no documentation with these headphones. You have to search for the user guide online.

I used the original Rocketfish equivalent of these headphones for about 2 years and was very happy with them. I wore them daily during rigorous exercise. They eventually failed presumably due to continuous exposure to sweat. I like the design and the ability to enhance the sound. I was excited to see an equivalent product available from Best Buy. Unfortunately, the new headphones died within a week of use in the gym, presumably due to exposure to sweat although the product is advertised as "sweat proof" (so it may be a coincidence). Best Buy's return policy is great and I replaced these with a different style and brand.

Good with first phone, won't connect with new phone. Sound quality was average, but the fact that it didn't have cords was awesome. Battery lasted at least 4 hours. I have never run it out of battery.

I purchased these really wanting to like them, for the most part they were ok but I wear glasses and it almost hurt to try and use these and while walking the music would cut in and out occasionally.

While I do not mind the low end sound quality, I am not very happy with the headphones cutting out overtime I move.

Thes phones get hood volune. I did have to replace once because blue tkith stopped woring but are good niw

Item was returned because it is uncomfortable around the ears. Sound quality is what you would expect for a headphone in this price range.

I bought this earphone but was disappointed with it. When I tried it on my ear it hurts my ear side maybe because of the hardness of the item. I couldn't stand using it for longer time.

I had one for a few years and loved it. When it broke I knew that I had to get another one. I've suggested it to other friends who are looking for a not bulky wireless headset.

I bought these at the last minute and they are not bad but I am not using them all the time and not expecting top sound/they are ok and convenient, however not the most comfortable

Needs to have an adjustment as a headband would or earbuds. You would think if they could figure out overhead earbud adjustments that could figure behind the head wireless earbud adjustments.

These little phones have served me daily for over 5 years and still hold a charge for days, pair perfectly with multiple Android phones, tablets, Windows laptops, etc. For the small open format the sound quality is great (not rivalling the big, expensive virtual coffin noise suppression healdphones but I wouldn't expect them to). They have a nice balance from deep bass to tinkling highs and no particular segment of the sound spectrum sounds exxaggerated or dampened. They have plenty of volume and switch effortlessly from listening to music to answering a call and back.Mine have at least 4 DSP settings but I cannot speak for the newer model. They are comfortable and sometimes I even fall asleep with them watching a film, so as not to disturb others. I was shocked when I got them and at the time they were on sale for about half what they cost now but even at the current price they are a much better deal than in ear earbuds. They are durable and have seen bike crashes, accidental pool immersions and other such accidents and after drying out work fine (that is not a guarantee you will have the same experience). For serious listening to music these are not the phones but that is not their intended purpose. For everyday casual wear use at the beach, by the pool, on a bike or a run, or snuggled in bed, these can't be beat. That is why I rated them a "relative 5." I did not expect audiophile quality sound but the sound for these inexpensive phones is more than satisfactory and better than any other phones of this type I have tried. Add in the durability and comfort factors as well as the easy bluetooth pairing and you have a winner. I would recommend these to anyone. Of importance: THEY STAY ON YOUR EARS!!

My first Modal set was terrible! People always complained they couldn't hear me. Therefore, I exchanged it, thinking it was defective. WRONG! The 2nd pair has the same issue!

I really enjoy using my new earp while I work out in the gym and at home, they sound great and are extremely comfortable I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Very convenient to use & they work great! I bought these for my husband as a gift & he loves them. He uses them every night when he listens to music in bed.
