I purchased this headset for work at the advice of a geek squad tech and I couldn't be happier. Battery last me all work day even while listening to music, call quality is great, and its easy to use.

I really love the way this products fits my ear; however, I have to return the item because the microphone piece broke and cannot be fixed. Other than this, it is a wonderful product.

The sound is good, the bat. last plenty long enough. It fits in my pocket. Automatically turns on and off when the boom is opened or closed. Of course the boom is always the part that breaks.

This is my second earpiece of the same model. Had to replace after dropping it and smashing in truck door. Sound quality is excellent and has ability to listen to music from my iPhone. Battery life is not as good as the units that wrap around your neck but lasts long enough for my work day and at a much lower price.

The Bluetooth is lite and the sound is clear. Its easy to use and doesn't feel big or heavy on the ear.

Great sound quality but the person you are speaking to can hear you and everything around you. This makes it difficult for the other person to hear you and can be very frustrating.

This is a good ear piece. You are able to hear the person that you are speaking with very clearly and it's also comfortable to wear. The volume function is easy to operate as well.

I had to get a new bluetooth headset because the one I had before would freeze my iPhone 6S Plus running iOS10. This is a new "feature" of the operating system. This headset still runs into this problem with iOS 10, but the good thing about it is that it can be fixed by turning off the bluetooth by closing the boom. The phone is immediately available again when the boom is reopened. Also, the range is much better in this bluetooth headset. I can leave the phone in the car and go to the mailbox or leave the phone in one room and not lose contact with the phone when I walk around the house. I also love the way battery can be conserved by closing the boom.

Although I like the compact of it I do not however like the ear pieces they give you the small one that just sits over your ear breaks really easy and the big one you insert in your ear does not fit. They don't sell replacements do they just expect me to buy a whole new earpiece???? I like the battery life and how light it is sometimes I forget its on my ear.

I bought this Bluetooth headset while traveling, since I didn't want to connect my phone to the rental car Bluetooth. So far no issues with it and the sound quality has been great.

The Motorola Boom is a fantastic bluetooth. High quality audio, long battery life, lightweight & nice voice prompts when turning on or receiving calls. I would highly recommend & certainly buy it again.

Very good choice esp because of product simplicity and long power time. Comfortable ear piece, too. Would have given 5 but ear hook can be cumbersome to place on ear sometimes.

Although the sound is great there is one draw back with the boom, you have to be extremely careful when opening and closing as the hinge on the boom may break after constant usage. I would advise purchasing the warranty for replacement.

An extremely intuitive product to use! Battery recharges extremely quickly and it lives up to the talk-time claims. There were others on the pegs for twice the price, this certainly fills my needs.

I've recently purchased my third Motorola Boom bluetooth (the previous two 'died' through no fault of their own) and if need be I'd buy the same one again. The price is right, and the quality is, too...you can't ask for more than that!

I couldn't hear through my old bluetooth, so I got the Motorola Boom. It is loud enough to hear the conversation and does not annoy my ear. My only annoyance is that I often have to turn up the volume since it does not seem to remember that I set the volume to high. The battery life is decent - around 4 hours of talk time when fully charged.

Pull open the mic and it announces it's connected. Easy to adjust for either ear. Advise buying replacement option. The first one I bought broke after several months.

I had never used or owned a Bluetooth prior to this purchase and was pleased with how easy it was to set up and use, and the clarity of the calls is excellent. I wanted it to use in the car, it's a much safer way to take calls while driving. I am very please overall with this product it.
