The clarity on both ends of the conversation is wonderful. The battery life is excellent. The connectivity of this model far exceeds my previous Motorola Bluetooth. I can even listen to my music through this bluetooth!

Sound quality is good, but the over ear attachment needs a little work. Unfortunately, most others are the same.

This is my third Motorola bluetooth headset. Very easy to set up, fits very comfortably and charges quickly. The folding piece makes this easy to carry in my pocket. I'll get a fourth one after I lose this one!

This is a great Bluetooth the best I've had, and I've been through a lot of them. I can hear my callers clearly and they can hear me. I never get complaints about background noise. I highly recommend the boom.

Comfortable and easy to use and pair with your device. No issues with others being able to hear me clearly. Comes with different ear attachment to choose what is most comfortable for your use. Great product!

This bluetooth is good for the price but it doesn't last long. I've had to replace it about three times under my Geek Squad protection plan. The most recent replacement was due to the hinge breaking when flipping it open and they almost didn't take it back as that is supposedly physical damage. Sounds good and comfortable in the ear but eventually something goes wrong.

I have used the Motorola boom before but the features on this are better. It is very clear and easy to use.

Great battery. Very comfortable. Very good sound. I loved this right up to the point when I flipped out the boom and it popped off breaking the device completely. They don't carry it in store anymore so I ended up with the Plantronics which is also very good

First purchase of any Bluetooth product - seems to work okay - paired up to phone no problems - paid $50 - which to me is a lot of money- made me wonder what product virtues I don't have that the $200 Bluetooth products have - the little on/off plastic tab on the product broke after less than one and half mos of use - poor quality? - thanks to BB for a painless replacement - I have no usage issues with product - it does what I expected it to

I like this product for several reasons; most importantly for me is the great range as I have a tendency to absentmindedly wander away from my when I'm using a headset. It is comfortable enough that I forget that I am wearing it and I am satisfied with the battery life.

Ear hook has been replaced twice already. Sound quality is great.

I had a boom before and it broke, however, I like Motorola headsets as I still have my HX550. The boom is clear and is good value. I like the fit and the number announcement that my plantronics PLT_E500 headset didn't have. An affordable headset that does the job.

I haven't had a Bluetooth in years. I recently bought this. I usually have trouble with ear pieces because they don't fit comfortably. These come with different ear hooks. Battery lasts long too.
