This is my first experience with a bluetooth headset and I have no complaints. It fits snugly and comfortably, has good battery charge length, and I can hear and be heard clearly.

Sets on ear nicely. Able to hear well however there is a slight echo. Battery life is good

Works great, good battery life and charges quickly. Sound quality is better than others I have had.

overall is a good purchase for the price. However sometimes when batteries are lower than half it becomes very difficult to be heard . at the same time you can hear quite well

This headset is very comfortable on my ear. There are multiple options for wearing it, with multiple over-the-ear clips and in-ear retainer rings. It's so lightweight and comfortable, that I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. When you turn it off, the switch slaps the body of the headset, right at the corner of the delicate molded switch, if you just flip it and let it hit. That piece cracked and broke in two on my first one - in about 9 months. It has a 1 yr warranty, and BestBuy replaced it right there, in-store with just my drive time lost. So, I'll be careful to hold the switch and let it close gently, rather than snapping against the body, and hopefully this one will last longer.

This is my second Boom - the last one was my fault, I washed it. rushed out to get another one. works great with my iphone.

I like it. I need to try other earpieces because the one that was attached out of the box sometimes makes my ear sore.

Long battery life up to 6 hrs. Easy to pair. Fits in ear easy and is comfortable

I have had this ear piece for a few months now. I have found it to be very functional and user friendly. I really like the ease of turning it on and off. Just flip the boom and it's off or on. That makes it easy to save battery for both it and the phone. It pairs up quickly and gives you battery indication on your phone screen. Noise cancelling is pretty weak but not bad for the price. All in all a good product

Got this for my wife who commutes to work 2 hours a day. She says she loves it, and can hear and be heard when wearing it. She says it works better then any other blue tooth she's ever had.

I bought this Bluetooth because I needed it at the time. I like it because it says who is calling or the number. The range isn't that great though

The sound is crystal clear, and it's the only Bluetooth that doesn't bother my ear. Most are too big and bulky, but this one fits just right. I would highly recommend it for truck drivers.

I bought this for my girlfriend and she really likes it. The on!ly reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that she sounds a bit high pitched but not overly annoying

Have bought 4 of these over 8/9 yrs and all have worked well. Im a trucker and can hear and be heard easily over noise. Also very simple to use and comfortable to wear

I am a small business owner, need to be available for my customers. This great little hands free is easy to use and not too big to get in the way when I'm working in my shop. I think it needs a GPS, as I routinely lose them (maybe it's just me). Buy the replacement warranty. . .

Conveniently small, no one knows you even have it on. Sound is clear and crisp and people I talk to do not hear any muffled sound or background noise. Excellent product!!!

This product works well, is easy to use, can have multiple devices connected, and good battery life. Also has multiple styles of ear pieces. Would recommend this product to others.
