This is my second one, first one was accidentally left in pair of jeans and run through the wash but had for over a year with no problems before that.

Still figuring out it's function. It's different than previous blue tooth so once I figure it all out I will like it more. It does everything I need it to .

I had tried 2 other brands in the $100-$130 range before trying the Boom and sticking with it. The problem with the other 2 brands for me was comfort. Sound quality & functionality wise, the Boom is just as good as the $100+ products out there. One thing I highly recommend is to use the Google voice backend over your phone manufacturers or Motorola's. One thing to add, is my dad bought his Boom over 5 years ago, and he had his first ever issue, the on ear piece broke. He was able to hack the in ear piece to make it the same as the on ear and he is back to using his Boom like nothing happened.

I have used Motorola Bluetooth ear pieces and thus the reason I purchased another. It was a disappointment to me that within 2 months the Mic stem broke, after reading other reviews (not on Best buy) I found that it was a continues problem. As of now I'm still waiting for Motorola to replace. I recommend highly that you get the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement.

This bluetooth headset is compact in size, and has exceptionally long battery life. It comes with both over the ear and in the ear choices. Great call and receiver quality.

Pretty good bluetooth. Connects quick and is clear. Talk time is about 6 hours.

It happens that something when i had a lengthy conversation on the phone that I need some device that relieves my hand from holding the phone, and also keeps people around me from hearing my conversation should I turn on the speaker. The bluetooth device came to my mind.so I went to Best Buy to find a good brand of blue tooth device. I was introduced to different brands, of which Motorola caught my attention. I purchased it, and hope will never look back. I was right when last week I had a chance to use the device for the 1st time. Not complicated to use and very reliable.

I love this unit. Long battery life, crystal clear sound even on noisy roads. Very easy to pair with my Samsung Galaxy SIII

Can't really complain. I was a bit worried about getting this one because it was priced so low. But it ended up being easy to use and had good quality.

I purchased one of these for my father-in-law for Christmas. He liked it so much I just got one for myself. It is comfortable, easy to use, and has a long battery life.

I am on my second one. I used with extreme car but the first broke from the flip mike area. The second one the swivel ear clip broke right away.

I have had this model in the past and like the way it performs. My only problem with it is that the mic breaks off after a period of time.

This is a very good Bluetooth. My only drawback from giving it 5 stars is the fit because I have a small ear. Aside from that, I'm pleased.

Great bluetooth headset for other people, but not me. The lightweight was nice and the quality of sound was great, but the reason I'm giving this item 4 stars is because the round earpiece was too big for my inner ear, and hurt. My 17 yr. old son said it fit great in his, but he's actually the size of a adult male. I returned this item within 2 days.

I was in desperate need of a new Bluetooth headset but was unsure as to what product to purchase, as my last one, which I spent way more money for, was not as clear. With the help of a great best buy associate I was sold on this product and I absolutely love it. I can hear clearly and my ears are very small and it fits just right. I am pleased

Decent headset for the money - love the long battery life and that it folds up into a small package. It's pretty durable, I carry it in my pocket with keys and so far not even cosmetic damage. Good fit except when running up and down stairs - didn't like the over the ear hook. The only downsides are - Sound is just ok, long message when first connecting to phone.

I needed something to allow me to speak with people on my Samsung 5. The microphone is on the back of the phone so it makes it difficult for people to hear me. The Motorola Bluetooth answered that need quite well. The audio quality for me and the person I am talking to is very good. I would highly recommend this if you have the need,
