I have had several of these. Call quality is good. Only issue I've had is with either the earhook breaking or the boom/flip piece breaking after a while. (First one lasted more than a year, this one lasted 6 months. I bought replacement parts for cheaper than buying a new one.)

Simply GREAT !!! Only complaint is ear loop very uncomfortable inside ear. Otherwise all functions are GREAT>

I purchased this bluebooth because I previously owned one. The one I had broke, so I wanted the same type again. I searched a while before finding it. The others I purchased were not of the same quality.

This earpiece works perfectly with my IPhone 6s. Once in a while, I will accidently push twice when disconnecting a phone call and disconnect the device, but it just takes a moment to reconnect the device.

Gave 5 stars because it is comfortable around the ear the only problem is the the piece that goes around the ear brakes too easy i buy the insurance then I get it replaced so other than that is a great earpiece

This product is excellent, it's small enough to go unnoticed. I can play my music & work. Great sound quality.

what I like most about this is you flip to close so it won't turn itself on when in your pocketbook

My favorite Bluetooth before this purchase was a Motorola Elite Flip, which is no longer available. I chose this one because of its similar style and size and have found it to be as good as the Flip, if not better. You can pay a great deal more, but I have found Motorola products to be equal in quality to the most expensive of them,,,for considerably less money! When it comes to electronics, what an item sells for too often means very little to its value.

Great product the instructions were is easy to follow. It connected right away to my cell phone.

It works perfect, when I'm not talking, I'm using it to listen to music at work. I can also watch a movie on my tablet and listen through my bluetooth without bothering anyone. I love this headset.

It is very good blutooth and good price when i bought it. Also, you can use it for music without problem.

Although it has good reception, the plastic clip broke in a couple of weeks. Extra clip came with it.

The title says it all. The only change I would wish for was the in-ear holder was a different shape or a slightly larger size to hold this Bluetooth in the ear more firmly without the over the ear hook. It is a matter of getting use to it and aware when it has shifted so it can be repositioned. It depends on the activity level as to if/when it will shift. The other (4) Bluetooth used the same style/size holder so it is not just this unit.

It's a great product but it seems to be very fragile. The slightest tuck could break either the piece that wraps around your ear or the flip piece. I purchased the warranty and replaced it twice before getting something else.

I have used several different headsets ranging from the $250 units down to the $25 units. I break things a lot so I no longer shell out the money for high end headsets. This Motorola unit has done everything I expected it to do. The sound quality isn't always 100% but it is a solid device.

My bluetooth headset stopped working while I was on the road. I stopped in Best Buy and this set was recommended to me by two associates. It has been a great addition to my electronics collection - with clear, consistent sound and no interruptions. I would buy this again.

I like how it tells you how many hours you have, it charges quickly. Easy to talk and hear from it

Four stars because the ear piece break easy. Only hold a 6 hour charge.Other than that I like it.
