Headset feels fairly comfortable in my ear. Sound quality is good as long as my cell phone is within the room I'm in; however, if I move around my apartment leaving the cell in any other room, my voice breaks down during my conversations and listeners will complain that they cannot understand what I am saying. This is unfortunate because otherwise it is a pretty good headset. Bluetooth connectivity is pretty good. The only complaint I have is that many times when I answer the phone, I have to manually select the Bluetooth option even though I have my Bluetooth on and connected to the cell. If you can live with these two nuisances, then I do recommend this headset. Although I find the unit a little bit too pricey.

I love this headset because I have two phones, one for work the other personal. This headset works with both. I have a long commute and this makes it simpler and safer to use either phone.

great and easy to use. this is my second one. the bottom flips open to turn on and off which is a great feature, however that is the piece that did fall off, other than that it has worked great. that is why i purchased a second on after i retired the first one.

I have used several different types of blutooth earpieces in the past, from very expensive to inexpensive. This Motorola Boom, has exceeded my expectations by far. Would buy it again.

I had to get a wall charger separate. It was listed on the box that it would be included.

Very little back ground noise while driving and virtually no back ground noise when outside. Very hard to tell the person is using this device. The sound is if they were speaking directly into the phone. Ear piece could use some revamping. It tends to come loose out of the ear if turning the head quickly but I am sure that depends on the persons ear shape.

I was using the speaker in my car and people were complaining because it was so noisy so I decided to buy a new bluetooth. I have used Motorola before and liked the brand. I was speaking with my manager on my iphone while driving using my new Motorola Boom and she was amazed that I was in the car driving when I told her I missed my turn off on the fwy bacause it was so quiet!! Great item and fits well in my ear!

I have owned serval of these over the years but when Texas passed the hands free cell phone law it became essential to have one. This is a great value for the money. Works great so far
