this has Great sound. Battery life lasts a long time.

It was a hassle when I had to go back to Best Buy to return the item. It annoyed me that the plastic ear loop broke in such a short time (3 weeks) . The great manager George exchanged the item immediately however it would have been easier to just purchase the new ear loop. The ones they supply are attached to the different earbugs. I had to refund then reset the bluetooth, pain. But as a unit I really do love it and have recommended this to friends.

Sound quality is good when riding in the car. It is very delicate and unable to get replacement parts if you break the ear piece.

I got it to work with my work phones and it works perfectly easy to connect

It's a good Bluetooth but sometimes I have to try more than once to turn it on. Seems like the battery does last and other than small problems it seems pretty good

The Motorola boom Bluetooth headset set is very good, connected easily to my phone & has given me good service.

It works with two phones, most of the time. A few times the pairing has been lost with one of the phones. Battery life has been good even after 3 years of use.

I love the easy on/off with the flip mic. It makes it very easy to switch between phone and Bluetooth headset.

This Bluetooth is more valuable than the phone. It's great if you are a walker and need hands free calling.

Battery lasts a long time, very comfortable. Turns every which way, synchs well. Very satisfied, a great buy. I wonder if they sell a container to put in- I'm using a plastic Easter egg right now !

This Bluetooth earpiece works ok, but it tends to have a bit of a glitch sound to it at times..seems to just randomly come and go. For the price though, I really expected better quality for the the price unfortunately..

I bought this one to replace an older model that I had lost. It worked great at first and definitely seemed to be an upgrade over my older one. Problem is, as others have stated, that the little flip boom broke after a couple of months. Ended up finding my old one while sweeping under the bed, and lucky for me that one still works.

I had bought this in hopes of getting an earpiece that would work with my work phone, an android. I had already bought another earpiece but it would keep disconnecting from the phone. This one works great with it. I have had no disconnection issues at all and the sound quality is amazing.

Great earpiece for the price. I get a few complaints that it sounds like I'm yelling on the other end, but overall it is easy to use, affordable, and comfortable.

i rated 3 because the ear hood broke. i purchased in december was less than a month. i contacted morotolor they would not replace it nor would best buy. disapointed.

I had a different Bluetooth and I could hear others but they couldn't hear me. With this one we are able to hear each other. And the price was just right.
