Boom is the Bomb

Not so wonderful

She can hear fine but on the receiver end, the headset cuts out continuously and I had to keep asking her what she said. This headset is also not good for noise reduction.

Great no frills earpiece

Time will tell how long the flipper will work before breaking off. I bought it regardless of this fact because I like the other aspects of motorola products. One improvement I can see is to include more over-ear loop attachments as these tend to wear out.
