The sliding process is not easy to do even while I am not driving.

Company should make it more available and have at least 4 extra in the package. My first one fell apart in the first week of use. As of now I could not recommend this product to my partners and friends.

Sometimes falls out of ear.

The earpiece had many attachments, however none of them properly fit in my friends ear without it falling out. The plastic outer ear attachment hurt her ear. I returned the product. I own one as well. I LOVE MINE.
