I cuts out and when I hang up on one of my phones it plays my music on the other phone. And my friend want to crus it because sometimes it cuts out.

very clear reception

It does not fit his ear and I wish I had more options on the gel sizes. I am trying to find some on line.

first time using a bluetooth device

I love everything about it except I'm still trying to get used to something in my ear. I have had no problems with connectivity and use.

When using the ear clip, the unit sits out at a weird angle from my face. When using the in-ear set, it feels like it's going to fall out.
