This Bluetooth works perfectly really stays charged

Very good motorola boom bluetooth headset the best

I love this thing but I keep breaking or it just keeps breaking. But I always purchase the warranty. I have tried others but for the price this one has been the best for me.

I bought it cancel out road noise in my 2005 Toyota. It does great; before I had such a hard time hearing in the car and whoever I was talking to could hardly hear me. Would buy again

Good ear fit. Annoying to have to flip the device on and off. But range is good when she forgets and walks wway from her phone.

Purchased my first Boom December 2013, when transitioning from an office job to full time remote working arrangement. I spend at minimum 3 hours, and typically 5-8 hours, on conference calls every day. I have used this headset for almost every minute of those calls for the last 13+ months. The call quality and comfort level far exceed that of a significantly more expensive (company provided) Plantronics headset that's designed for VOIP "soft phone". This is my primary communication device for work, personal calls, and when travelling. Performs wonderfully, even when compared to other much more expensive devices I own. Although it performs very well for it's intended purpose, there are a few drawbacks. The included ear loop IS going to break. It's not a question of IF, it's a question of WHEN. Mine initially lasted less than a month of heavy use, and Best Buy (as of January 2014 at least) does NOT sell replacement ear loops. However, I was able to easily find a 5-pack of aftermarket ear loops that fit perfectly, and are actually much more durable than what is included with the purchase. Overall 5-pack price was under ten dollars (w/ free shipping), and I've only had one more break after 12 months of heavy use. Today, the plastic flip piece broke off at the hinges. The unit still functions and call quality is fine, but the On/Off flip functionality is severely compromised. However, I will be going to Best Buy tomorrow to buy a new one of the exact same model. I've spent the evening researching alternatives, but I am sticking with this Motorola Boom. I estimate about 1800 hours of use from my existing unit, and I find that to be a great value relative to the alternatives. Reasons to buy this: Call quality is great (except for maybe in high wind/noise... don't plan on using this while riding your Harley), battery life is good and recharge time is phenomenal (15 minutes to full 6 hour charge), very lightweight and comfortable. Things to consider before buying: The ear loop is going to break, shop around for and buy additional ear loops BEFORE it happens.

Replaced my last one and was skeptical I would ever find one that was similar or better. Happily surprised by the quality and performance of this one. Just great!

This was my second one of these. The first one lasted a couple years but after repeated falls on hard surfaces it finally gave up the fight. The boom broke off. I was so happy to be able to find the exact same one. I had tried other ones in the past, but none worked as well as this one.

It works and you can utilize both phones at the same time. You also can listen to music/videos with it. But basically, it works and it can take a couple of drops to the ground.

Very happy with this Bluetooth. I was looking for something that had a dual purpose. I can now hear my lecture notes that I record with it. It also has voice recognition for when I'm writing a text or searching on google.

This headset doesn't call out names when someone calls. It only calls the phone number out. Has vary good clarity.

I was lost when I broke my Boom. Thank goodness for Best Buy 'insurance'. I use this everywhere. My fav features: it reconnects if you walk out of range and return, AND it doesn't auto dial others; you device when to activate it! Believe me. I've tried MANY others and come back to the Boom.

I had ear piece before and it got broken. I look on line but could find one that I liked went to Best Buy and got the right one st a great price .

Product is not properly designed. The ear hook has broken after few days of use.

I like the clarity of the hands free but I didn't like that you can't listen to your music on it. Otherwise good

I am very happy with this product. The the only thing I would change is the little ring slips off the ear piece, which makes it a little uncomfortable

I Can Hear The person Talking to me very well but the person talking to me when talk can hear all He/She Saying

The Motorola Boom is a great headset. It pairs easily with my Samsung GS5. Much better than previous headsets I have tried. Audio is loud enough and very clear.

I purchased this for my wife. She liked it, but her preference was to have actual Bluetooth headphones vs headset.

Like this Bluetooth. Sometimes I forget I have it on. Only reason that I gave it four stars is because it sometimes doesn't call the intended recipient.
