When I get a certain distance away from my phone (which I don't think is really 300ft) thw sound will just cut off

The price was perfectly reasonable, nothing wrong with it. It was actually a gift for one of my family members and they loved it. In addition to the item itself, customer service was fine and the entire store was neat.

The headset provides great clarity and the voice activation is a huge help. Highly recommended.

This was an emergency buy during a trip when my old Motorola H730 broke apart. The price was reasonable, and the device met most of my requirements (I don't like having to stick anything into the ear canal, preferring a device that goes over the ear). Unfortunately, Motorola has changed the style of the ear hook, and this one is nowhere near as comfortable as my previous one.

Speak clearly, the loud beep when you hang up is annoying.

Excellent reduction of background noise. Very occasional occurrences of delay. I've tried the more expensive products, including Bose, and I believe this product gives at least the same quality.

Only issue was plastic ear piece broke thank goodness there was an extra one Bluetooth it's self was great

This one is the second one that I have, it work excellent and it is compatible with all phones, It is very durable, I accidentally washed and dry in my jacket pocket and still worked very well.

I bought this for my wife and she was easily able to connect to her phone. The fold over feature makes recharging necessary less often and makes it easier for her to control where the call goes.

The little plastic peice that goes around your ear seems to break pretty easily... so be careful moving it around when switching ears, or when putting in your pocket/ect. It came with a backup plastic peice, so im still good.. but now i have to find out where to buy more of these peices before this one breaks and i cant use it....

this is a great blue tooth device. it has good clarity although i wish it were just a little louder.

I've had several of these. The ear piece needs to have additional pieces with the "pointed tips" (for more comfortable fit and to avoid ear soreness) as opposed to the round only.
