I am not what people would call a techie but this phone so far has been pretty easy to get around. I went up on their web site and downloaded the full owners manual which made it easier to set up the phone. I would have liked it better if more of that information were in the set up folder with the phone.

Generally, this is a good mid-level phone. Lenovo, the current owners of the Motorola brand, does a relatively good job on security updates. Also, the version of android is relatively pure. The big problem I have is the bluetooth is constantly flaking out, either connecting to the car or smartwatch. Hopefully, some updates improve that, but until it does, I will only give this phone 3 stars and will probably end up giving it to somebody else in the family that doesn't require bluetooth.

I like the phone so far. It seems responsive, functions well and overall no problems with the phone itself. I have had a little difficulty finding a good phone case for it, but I'll keep looking. The phone itself though is nice.

I have had this Phone for quite sometime and It will basically do everything, if not more than a Branded phone of the same Proportions. Highly recommend! the only downfall is you have to get your phone cases and screen protectors online. that's it.

I have always been a fan of Motorola phones, but my carrier no longer has them available. When my overpriced flagship phone went black, I decided to go out and get another Motorola. Love it. No problems, great features, great price.

Love almost everything about this phone.. it has great shortcut features only thing lacking is button placement, sometimes when holding my phone I press the lock button resulting In the restart or power off of my phone.

I bought this phone to replace my nexus 5s. I must say this phone is great, however Motorola should keep up with android update. It would be real test to see device performance after update to Android Oreo.

Had the phone for 6 months. Just a couple of complaints: 1) the phone will randomly shut down and restart (have read online that this may be an app this is leaking memory, just haven't taken the time to go through each app and look for the offender and 2) Sound quality is a little on the lower side of quality. But, it is a budget phone in today's world, so, you get a dependable phone that you can use it you don't do a lot of activity on your phone. For me it works.

the only problem I have with this phone is they are constantly sending me ads to download a bunch of crap I don't want or need. it is very irritating. good sound, great quality pictures on the camera,

When buying from bestbuy, I'm sure I would receive a brand new device, not previously opened or refurbished ones sold by some sellers! I got my brand-new device on-time, I think bestbuy is more trustable than other sellers.

Bought this phone for my teen and he loves it!! He had his sight on the iPhone but I read the reviews on it and decided to give it a shot. It takes great photos, has a good memory, and is not too big! Great phone!!

After buying this, I discovered it has no wifi calling ability with ATT. ATT tells me unless it's "branded" by them they don't support it, although other phone services do. Phone is okay but edges of screen not protected well and a simple drop broke my screen 6 hours after purchase. Best Buy didn't have a cover to purchase at the time I bought the phone stating "they don't carry many accessories for unlocked phones". Now I couldn't trade it for a phone "branded" ATT. Stuck with it for a while it seems.

Got this after going from one thousand dollar phone to another thousand dollar phone over and over and had enough, runs great, gps has hiccups, camera is usable, but for the money, cannot be beat.

Gave phone as gift to my son. From all I have heard, he is very pleased with phone. We all have Motorola and have been very pleased. No complaints so far.

It was alright for the price. After awhile, it wasn't able to charge anymore.

So far this phone was priced great (on sale $250 + taxes). Phone is very responsive. No issues playing HD games. Pictures this thing takes are impressive. Great phone.

Good budget phone. Fully charged around 2 hours. Only complaint is the volume is too low even when set at highest volume.

I have enjoyed this phone and everything works perfectly. Wish the camera was better as the post production filters mess up the quality of the picture.

A budget phone that works for any average user. The battery started to discharge fast though!

Put in sims card out of my former phone and it work great. Sound and display look good. Only had phone for four days so that about all I can say.
