All I wanted in a phone was a solid performer that wouldn't let me down. My old phone had a very short battery life, so-so sound and produced grainy pictures, This Moto G5s Plus has been a dream! Battery life lasts for days, not hours. It has a big 5.5" screen that makes texting so much easier without being too big. The camera produces sharp bright pictures so I can leave my big Canon camera home when on vacation. It has a clean, slim design that looks great. The only downside is that out of the box it's a little too slippery so get yourself a cover as soon as you can.

Pros - Fast charging is great. Love the all metal body design. Fingerprint sensor is responsive. It was $229.00 at launch. Cons - No NFC capability, but for a phone for this price I can live with that. Camera is good until you hit low light areas.

I absolutely love this phone! The battery life is amazing. I haven't had much of a chance to fully check the camera & all of what it can do, but I am very impressed. No problem activating this unlocked phone and the Octicore processer is a must have.

a good phone for 250 dollars, there are not many options within this segment and an unlocked phone and for only 250 dollars this is the only option that you will find, ideal for seniors who do not have great pretentions with the phone

Very decent phone for the money. Dropped my Verizon sim in and everything just worked. The one draw back for some is the lack of nfc... If you don't use android pay then that's not an issue. Seriously good phone for the money.

The phone fits perfect in my hand. Speed is fast. No problems playing any games. Takes good pictures. Screen is great. Clear bright colors are great.

Full featured smartphone without the elite phone price premium. All the features I need. A great phone to consider as a bring your own phone for no contract service such as Tracfone.

I activated on TMobile, great signal, wifi calling supported, have not had any issues with San Antonio/Austin area. I had on ATT for about 2 weeks, but TMobile had a good deal, so I changed my plan and love their improved network. Love that the phone is unlocked, so I can take my phone to whatever wireless network I choose. I recommend if you want a solid phone for day-to-day use (email, social media, text, calls). I would definitely recommend.

The Phone lives up to its features and performance. I upgraded from a Moto Photon 4G LTE (I know, I know) and was able to successfully activate the unlocked phone at the nearest Sprint store (Cedar Hill, TX) in under 30 minutes. Speaker is very loud and clear as others have commented on. I was impressed that the device did not come pre-installed with "bloated software". Camera does protrude but that was minimized with the phone case I purchased on Amazon. Performance is good on the phone. I haven't run into any major hiccups. Common apps such as messages, chrome, phone etc load immediately and screen transitions are very smooth. I haven't yet used all of the features but so far have been impressed with the device. Quick charging lives up to its promise and the phone does hold a long charge (i've been able to go 2+ days w/o charging with moderate use). A minor gripe is that the phone doesn't come with traditional customary earphones and given the size and where the volume and on/off buttons are located on the side, I have occasionally powered off the phone. This has since been a non-issue. Screen size is great and it was easy to customize. And BB threw in a $25.00 gift card to boot. By the by, I am not a bot but an actual live humon.

I am really enjoying this phone. Didn't break the bank but has plenty of memory, storage, and speed.

I have been very happy with this phone, it was a great price and is very fast and so far has had no issues running apps or taking calls. Battery life is also great, I get two full days on one charge even with streaming music and a normal amount of calls and web browsing.

I had a Windows 640xl and I upgraded to the Moto gs5 plus and it's night and day better. I got the gs5 plus because it's got a little bigger of a screen and I am very happy. I'm writing this on my own was not forced or paid,. With that being said Motorola has come out with this reasonably priced fast phone with great camera and loud speaker great buy for a unlocked phone

Great battery life, fast, does everything I need it to do.

I recommended this phone to a friend. She purchased it and loves it . . . and allowed me to play with it. So much tech for little cost. I then purchased the phone from Best Buy as a Christmas gift for my son - 24 days until he opens it. He'll love it. He techy as all get out and this was the phone that he has been asking for.

This is my first non Samsung phone. I did lot of research before I decided and I haven't been disappointed. Has been everything as advertised and the price was right. I really recommend this phone.

Amazing specs and experience for the price! For only $250 at my time of purchase, you get a full METAL unibody and GLASS screen! No plastic in sight. Also you get basically stock android, and the modifications that Moto does are all extremely useful (i.e. double chop to turn the flashlight on). This phone will get Android 8.0, but I'm still waiting for it... Also, the phone is unlocked! You can take it to any carrier you want, which of course is very useful. Finally, because Moto isn't releasing the G6+ here in the states something funny happens. This phone is actually MORE powerful than the next generation of phones from Moto! I love this guy!

I purchased this phone for my V-wireless prepaid plan and it hasn't disappointed. With many features of a high-end smartphone, the Moto G5S Plus delivers. The gorgeous blush gold color is simply pretty to look at. This is my best phone purchase since I've had a phone.

I bought this phone for my sister, as she was using an old OnePlus One that ceased to work after a couple years. For being a "budget" phone, it's outstanding! Fingerprint sensor is very fast, and the phone operates very very well considering its price tag. Great!
