Works great, easy to use, reliable and love to preset it night before morning wake up and come downstairs to the smell and taste of fresh coffee ready! One flaw is I think the time could have been illuminated to be read more easily!

We had a bigger, more elaborate Mr. Coffee coffee maker. The glass pot broke after a few years. We went to Walmart in an attempt to replace the pot. We bought one fits all pot. Well, it didn't. So went to best buy to get another. We ended up getting a replacement machine, because there wasn't a whole lot of difference in price of the pot to a new machine. It works fine and looks good. Best buy usually carries everything at a competitive price, and their price guarantee. Never have a problem with best buy.

Easy to use, reliable. Nothing fancy, but does the job and you don't have to buy expensive pods.

Takes longer to brew a pot of coffee than other coffee makers I have had but otherwise is a good product. Hot water dispenser works well also.

Makes 12 cups of coffee with no problems. Very easy to use and the auto shut off comes in handy.

Overall it makes good coffee easy to clean and the price was reasonable.

I wanted a simple coffee pot that made good coffee, I could control the strength and easy to clean. Couldn't be happier and great price

After years of bying expensive "do-everything" coffee makers which let us down, we bought a simple "Mr. Coffee" for under $20. It lasted 6 trouble free years and made perfect coffee. This purchase replaced it and came in two days, no shipping charges from Best Buy. If you just want a simple cup of really good coffee quickly and hassle free, "Mr. Coffee" is the best bet. Truly a "best buy".

This coffee maker is very good if you want something easy to use and not very expensive. It's biggest feature is the delay brew which is great to have ready to save time in the morning. I've had occasional issues with the stop brew function and had it clog and put grounds in the coffee, but then it works fine the next time. I've had 2 of these and the first one lasted me 5 years

Good basic coffee maker. My old one just conked out one day and I wanted to get a new one without going to Target. So headed to Best Buy cuz it is not so huge to navigate and got the least expensive one that was in stock. Works just fine for my needs. One cup of coffee with breakfast. Much bigger than I need but if I ever have company it will be great! No complaints.

It's been reliable and makes a great pot of coffee.

Recently replaced a 2 year old Mr. Coffee maker wih a twice as expensive Frigidaire unit. After 3 months the new unit broke and while I was going thru the warranty process I purchased a new Mr. Coffee unit. Even thou we received the replacement Frigidaire unit several month ago we are still using the dependable Mr. Coffee maker.

Does a good job of heating up water and putting it through the grounds. No complaints so far
