Wonderful GPU! The performance upgrade with a 4090 in general is insane. But this one is beautiful, exceptionally quiet, and incredible temps! I haven’t exceeded 72* and that was only for benchmarking/under-over clocking. Zero issues with the GPU itself, this will game for a long, long time. Only con? Expensive. But that seems to be the norm this generation, and I’d been saving for an upgrade for a while now.

Somehow was able to secure a card despite competing with online scalpers, they sell out within minutes! Most powerful GPU in the market no doubt and you gotta be ready to pay premium for it.

If a video card could be any worse it would be made under the "Apple and or Macintosh" nameplates . All jokes aside, if you can get this at msrp than do it. Worth every penny

    Broken out of the box

When I opened it there is a metal bracket on the top of the card that was split. MSI customer service had no interest in repairing or replacing it, they told me to just return it. Best Buy doesn't have any inventory to replace it so now I'm just stuck without a card. I was able to find multiple other people online with the same broken bracket so it seems to be a common problem with these MSI cards, and I was extremely unimpressed with how their customer service handled it. I will be avoiding MSI in the future based on this experience.

It's a 4090 so it runs everything I can throw at it. Picked this model because it was small enough to fit in my case (1mm to spare!) And it was in stock. Absolutely no issues with temps or noise, it might be able to get loud but I don't think the fans have ever gone over 60% even in a 3dmark stress test. No noticable coil whine with my unit. It does only come with a 3x eight pin adapter so it is a power limited card. That said I have not noticed any decreased performance from the lower power limit.

Card runs cool as hell. No coil whine at all. Plays everything at 4k full tilt 120fps. On my LG C2 48in OLED this stuff is awesome as heck. Bit much on the money side but this is the best of the best. If you buy this you won't need to buy anything for a long time.

For what it costs, I should not hear coil whine. For most of my daily use its not a problem. Whenever a graphics application uses any frame rate above 120 you start to hear coil whine. Have an old game that hits really rates without some kind a frame cap and the sound is nauseating. Amazing card otherwise. The current state of GPU pricing is absurd this card being a perfect example. This card is NO value except for niche use casesin my opinion. The large 24GB of memery for development is why i ended up getting this card. Also, the GPU is really heavy. You need to purchase additional hardware in cases to even safely use the card. The support bracket supplied is trash.

I have this card for 2 years now and it still work like it's new. Very satisfied with this gpu. The funny thing is this card is more expensive on 2025 compare to when I bought it on 2023. Manificent piece of gpu and still a beast of a card.

After more than a year of use, it's the best graphics card I could have gotten. Whether for work or leisure, it runs everything without any problems. I give it a 4 because it comes with chile whine, which can be quite annoying.
