Good software 4k compatiable. Only thing is it has a limit around 20 to convert music files. Dvd menu is difficult to rename somtimes had to rename file. Otherwise works well.

I bought this software program because the video editing/coping software(Cyberlink) that came with my windows 7 computer did not seem to want to work on Blu-ray editing or coping after I did the window 10 upgrade. I could not get the Nero Express to burn a copy from disc to disc either but was able to create a new DVD 3hr 23 min movie onto a 50gb disc from video files using the Nero video editing. The quality for the video and audio was very good. I had trouble installing the software from the provided disc. Had to down load the online trial version and use the key code that came with the disc to get it to install. J.B.

it does what it says. It has seven different programs. The two that are for recording data onto CDs ,DVDs and Blu-ray's works very good.you can also download and record videos to watch on your laptop, television or computer. You can record DVDs and Blu-ray's. The only problem is if you not real savvy with this kind of software there's not a lot of help.

This version of Nero Platinum is a single price and can be used forever. Most versions of Nero these days are subscriptions which work for a year and then stop working unless you renew the subscription.

I bought a new computer which is one of the best Dells with Intel Core I9 CPU so figured i would upgrade from Nero Platinum Suite 2014 to Platinum 2020. Got it installed and then installed my Hauppauge Wintv HVR 1250 Capture card tv tuner. Then find out the 2020 version will not work with the tv tuner. I contacted tech support and the guy sounded a little sarcastic telling me " yeah that's the problem with 3rd party devices. It won't work there is no fix for it." he left it at that. I replied to him that it worked perfectly with Nero Vision 2014. I never got an answer

I had a previous Nero product but lost the disk. Newer software has more features but miss some of the original features.

I recently built a computer and decided to add a BD-RW drive to my build. The BD Drive did not include any software so I decided to purchase Nero Platinum Unlimited. This software is performing very well for my current needs and I would recommend this software to anyone wanting a solid reliable disc writing software.

Does most of what we need it to do. Bought several others that didn't.

A large premium suite of products with everything you need to copy, produce, and archive video discs and CDs, among other media. This is the full purchase version instead of the yearly subscription version so you don’t have to worry about losing features that you need in a year.

As a senior, I didn’t want something too complicated. You had the perfect Dell to meet my needs, without everything changing. I had a friendly computer tech set it up, and I have no frustrations getting comfortable with it.

Updated to 2021 version automatically. It's a bit of a learning curve. A lot of useless extras and programs that require additional purchase. Ruined several discs before success.

Too many ads and PC resource usage when all you want to do is use one feature, also my roxio software conflicts with theirs.

Good program with lots of features for the price. A bit of a chore to install, but once installed works fine. Good new start menu makes things easier.

Not as smooth as Platinum 12; has more apps included, some you will never use. A memory HOG. Really Platinum 2020 in new dress.

I like the photo duplicating eraser, which takes all your photos and eliminates duplicates. Some other features have sections that try to get you to buy a more detailed version.
